Please don’t use this company.
Ordered a replacement battery for a Dyson cleaner early June and finally arrived a few weeks later. Fitted it to my Dyson and it worked for about one second burst before stopping altogether. Contacted them by email that day to request a refund,first asked for photographs to show it wasn’t damaged. Then sent them a video of the battery failing in seconds. Promised a full refund and returned the item to their wharehouse in Worcester using signed for Royal Mail. Nothing heard from company so I’ve escalated the matter with PayPal and still waiting for a refund plus return postage.
Please use a different company who values customer service.

This is the second email from them, originally they said it would be resolved in 3 days and replied again now after I've written again over a week later. From the other reviews, I will ask for a refund immediately and contact my bank in 3 days for a refund if they don't reply. Disappointing.

Utter dogmuck. Eventually came and after 2 charges they have both failed to work.
Chancers this mob.

Avoid at all costs.

Spend that little bit more and get proper ones.
Lesson learnt.

I told them the model number of my IRobot Roomba, but I gather they sent me the nearest number to it, which has damaged my Roomba. Unless I hear different I shall not be returning these useless batteries for which I paid £46. I don't hold my breath that I will receive a refund either for the batteries or for the postage.

So the battery took about 10 minutes to charge on a genuine makita charger which was suprising! the battery also ran out of juice after about 3 minutes use! It said 5ah and I'm assuming they meant 0.5 AH !! very light so guessing there were hardly any cells in there. Then when using it with a circular saw it decided to start smoking so I took it off and threw it as far away as possible!! Don't buy they are useless!!

Absolute junk. I bought 4 18v 5ah Makita fitting batteries and all have failed within 4 months.
My genuine Makita 2ah lasts longer than one of their 5ah!
Buy genuine.

Just DON'T. Absolutely awful. Charger didn't work, took weeks to get it returned and still waiting for s refund. Apparently the bad reviews are from their competitors. I, foolishly, was a customer, they are terrible!

Absolute rubbish do not waste your money on them bought 4 makita 18 volt battery 3 have failed company do not acknowledge emails and replace them.

Just to advise that all 6 of my 18v 5amp and 9amp batteries from this firm have failed and sending the boot back and do not want a refund and definitely not a replacement . Last one only yesterday. 5amp LXT type not Makita and not happy as let me down again on a job.

They do not have balancer circuits and one cell goes the whole pack fails. The cells maybe ok but the design and cheap attraction of buying these has cost us so Makita only from now on.

I have read previous reviews but I had a very good experience with customer service.
A small part on my Dyson V6 battery was damaged, possibly in transit as there was a hole in the box. They replied to my email the next morning. I sent photographs as requested. I had a reply the next day informing me they would send a replacement. I received the replacement the following week.
I was very pleased with the service.

Horrendous products... Batteries lasted 1 or two chargers before they wouldn't charge anymore. Battery chargers also went faulty after a few charges. Tried to get a refund but no reply from company! Stay well clear !!

Batteries were bad. stated 6ah but lasted 5 minutes. Had to jump through hoops to get a refund. When the refund did come, they had taken £7 off and wont reply to questions regarding why.

Avoid these batteries

I purchased two of these batteries only for both of them to stop charging within two charges. I contacted the company which resulted in myself having to send videos and data plates of the batteries to prove there duds. They sent two replacements out only for them to have the same problem, within two charges they stopped charging!!! It resulted in them asking for another video and data plates again...... they must know these batteries are duds, surely they would ask for the batteries to be sent back so they could find out the problem and resolve the issues.

Absolute rubbish, bought 2 batteries one if which stopped working after a few days and the second one is about to give up and that's only after a few weeks light use. Should have stuck with Makita

Stay away from this company! The batteries are useless! Bought 4 batteries for them and none of them work. Tried to get a refund but they made it as difficult as possible, eventually gave up.

Bought a battery from this useless company for a Dyson when I got it the battery was flat as a pancake charged it for hours still nothing emailed them was told to take a video of the charging status what is that about ?.Every time I contacted them got the same reply. The batteries they supply are total rubbish DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.Wish I had read the reviews first.

Ordered batteries just over a month ago, have been using them for about 2 weeks and won’t take a charge now and no reply. Wish I had checked the reviews instead of taking someone’s word for it as this is a complete waste of money. Will now need to find out how I can get a refund as just under £100 for something that works for 2 weeks isn’t okay.

Really poor quality batteries, 1 of them fell apart in my tool. Tried numerous times to contact the company and still nothing. Dont bother, save your money and buy genuine only. I understand these copy batteries are cheaper but they are crap.
