I was a little apprehensive with the facial treatment but the quality of service I received from Charley was fantastic. I’ve noticed the results immediately and it’s thanks to the careful guidance I received. Thank you so much to all of the team at Epsom skin clinic for making me feel so welcome and comfortable.

I had PRP treatment for hair loss in February.
I knew this was going to be an uncomfortable procedure but was not prepared for how painful it was and not just the actual procedure but for a few weeks afterwards. I had numbing cream but this didn't really help.
I feel waiting for well over an hour did not help the situation and when the doctor arrived I felt rushed and little reassurance was given.
There was a member of the reception staff who was really helpful to me - however I had to ask for the written follow up procedure guidelines/care and this was not applicable to PRP treatment on the hair but the face therefore irrelevant. It was acknowledged that this needed to be changed - I don't know if it has been. The point is you should be given follow up written advice at the time of treatment.
I did ring the clinic to ask if there were other options available to me in terms of pain relief or doing the procedure in a way to make it more tolerable. It took a few days for the doctor to get back to the clinic with a finite no there is nothing else that can be done and every time I rang the clinic, I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. This experience was terrible, traumatic and I was made to feel like I had a low pain threshold, or it was somehow my fault. I had thought long and hard about going ahead with this procedure and the decision was not an easy one however I could not bring myself to go ahead with the further two treatments because the procedure and afterpain was so traumatic.
However, I was keen to see if I could tolerate the procedure at another clinic because hair loss is a very distressing thing and I was wondering if it was really me and my fault for being unable to tolerate the procedure.
I am pleased to say that I was able to tolerate the procedure and will be going ahead with the full course. I did not have numbing cream just the procedure done by a practitioner who listened to me, was considerate and used the smallest needle possible to alleviate discomfort. Therefore there are obviously adjustments that can be made and maybe if the clinic/practitioner had discussed these options with me or bothered to contact me directly I would have been able to go ahead with the further two treatments.
I will be going ahead with the further procedures with my present practitioner.

Mr Wilson - earlobe repair

Recently saw Mr Geoff Wilson for earlobe repair.
I have been thinking about it for a long time after years of wearing earrings they had stretched ☹️
Mr Wilson put me at ease straight away, he is so professional, very gentle and talked me through step by step of the procedure.

6weeks later I have brand new earlobes and can go back to wearing nice earrings.

The clinic is very well kept, always spotless and the whole team take pride in keeping it that way.

Can’t wait to come back for more treatments!!

I went to the clinic for a triage appointment and to see Nikki for my eyebrows. The doctor was helpful and reassuring about my areas of concern. He then advised me to have hyfrecation, which I did with Hannah. Hannah was very gentle and professional. Nikki was great in my consultation and I booked my appointment straight away. I have since had them done and although they are not fully healed yet, I am so happy with the results. Everyone who works there are very welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back.

Went to this clinic to treat acne and was provided with treatment products that contain alcohol and menthol for £160. Both of these ingredients are a big no for acne causing inflammation as well as premature aging. I’m disappointed the clinic would sell something like this to me thinking I’d be happy to swap acne for wrinkles. Just a clinic trying to make sales when it comes to products - no interest in searching for a root cause or selling products that contain ingredients without inflammatory properties. Won’t be returning - if you have acne wouldn’t recommend.

I spoke to the consultant and he told me what was going on with this thing on my leg, which allayed my fears. Then explained what was needed to remove it. He was friendly and to the point which I like! Nicole did the procedure for me and she was great! She did my procedure quickly and neatly. The whole process was relaxed and friendly and very reasonably priced! The clinic was lovely, clean and welcoming! I’m looking at getting another procedure done.

My daughter has been seeing Roxi for laser hair removal. The results have been amazing. I’m so impressed with everything about Epsom Skin Clinic from the warm welcome at reception to the excellent service we have received. I am now having a course of micro needling with Roxi. I can highly recommend Roxi as a therapist. She has a warm, friendly manner and carries out the treatments with care whilst explaining the process. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It is over one year since my visit to the Epsom Skin Clinic left permanent facial scarring. I have been gas lit and dismissed and now having been ignored by the management, have the energy to not allow the way I have been treated to be allowed. I have photos, voice recordings and other evidence which shows the manner in which my case was handled,
I would not recommend visiting Epsom Skin clinics to anyone.

I recently had quite a complex leg vein removal procedure at Epsom Skin Clinics under the care of Mr Maytham. The care and aftercare were excellent and I am pleased with the results. Nurse Kirsten gave me much reassurance, which helped to make the experience pleasant and took the focus away from the discomfort.
I would also like to give praise to nurse Alice who has taken care of my cosmetic requirements since the departure of Dr Carver. Alice is always gentle, explains treatment plans very clearly and makes the whole appointment very relaxing and enjoyable. She is also very realistic regarding potential results, which gives me full confidence in her experience and expertise.
All the staff at this clinic are very empathic and make you feel very welcome when you attend for an appointment. I would recommend Epsom Skin Clinics very highly for a variety of procedures.

I had a consultation with the doctor at the clinic and he was very honest and trustworthy
I then had a follow up for some sun damaged moles to be removed by Charlotte and she was excellent and extremely attentive and takes her time to a fantastic job , no rushing at all :)
I also had a hydrafacial and she did a great job !
Epsom skin clinic I very good and they don’t try to mislead you or try to make extra money from you like I have experienced in the past with other clinics ,
The reception ladies are very polite and welcoming as well which is a added bonus !
In my experience it is very hard to find a honest clinic that has your interest at heart and not just looking to make money from you ,

Epsom skin, you have given me my confidence back.

After the last couple of year of covid and being extremely vulnerable as I have health issues. I must say I was quite worried about going to a clinic for what some people would consider vanity. However the appearance of my skin was quite frankly getting me down.

I have been to Epsom skin for laser treatment in the past & the results were fantastic. So I decided to book in for a laser top up & a anti wrinkle treatment. I tried botox between the brow’s, forehead, crows feet & bunny lines on my nose. It was quick and easy.

The results take a few days to take affect but a week later I was really impressed. Two weeks later I feel like a new woman!

I also had a laser top up under my arms. Epsom have always had the best medical grade lasers. I know this as I had a awful painful experience at beauty salon in the past with no results but the laser machine at Epsom is fantastic & pain free with unreal results.

The staff are always so lovely, they are all warm and friendly and really make you feel comfortable discussing your problematic areas that you would like treating.

I felt so safe as the doctors and nurses had covid safe masks on and the clinic was exceptionally clean.

Overall I am so happy with how I look and feel, so I wanted to share some love & say thank you Epsom Skin!!

I have been going to Epsom skin clinics for many years now for a variety of facial treatments for my combination skin.
I am always greeted with a smile and a hot drink made by the lovely Alison. Reception staff always try to help me to book in my appointments around my busy life and are extremely patient in making sure the times work for me.
The clinic is very clean and the rooms are welcoming and comfortable.
The therapists have always gone above and beyond to find the best routine and tailor made treatments for my skin type. I feel truly bonded to Epsom as they always deliver a very professional and friendly service. I have had many therapists over the years which have provided the best service possible. My main therapist which has worked very hard to help me to achieve clearer skin is Danielle Young. I am so grateful for her patience, for listening to my skin concerns and for answering all my questions. Danielle has really helped me to learn and understand how to take the best care of my skin. As a result, I have more confidence which has been achieved by the excellent treatments and advice I have received from Epsom skin clinics. I have recently seen Alice too who has once again been reassuring, honest and helped me to make decisions on what is best for my skin.
Collectively Epsom skin clinics have an amazing team who really want to help you to achieve the best results. As a long standing client I can confidently say that my journey has been rewarding and I can see the results. I highly recommend this clinic you are in very good, honest and professional hands.

I had minor surgery to remove 2 moles and another blemish. All was successful. Found all of the staff to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful, and the follow-up was exceptional. Would definitely recommend their services.

I have been using Epsom skin clinics for over a year for a laser tattoo removal, and have taken my mum for a facial. Everything is so nice and friendly. Rose on reception is always happy to help and is very knowledgable and the services on offer. Would definitely recommend!

I love this clinic and would not go anywhere else. The people are friendly, take a lot of care and make sure you are comfortable. I have had treatments for derma stamp, walts, facials. Im 59 soon, but the clinic has made me look and feel 40.

I have been going to Epsom Skin Clinic for a number of years, appointments run on time, the clinic is extremely clean and the staff are very pleasant and always helpful with any questions you may have.
I have my filler with Alice regularly and she is a lovely person, keeps me informed during the procedure and the outcome always make me happy.

Absolutely shocking service today.
I have been a regular customer for more than 4 years and travel 45 minutes each way.
Today I was kept waiting for 15 minutes (without an apology and without a previous client leaving the consultation room) only then to be told midway through my consultation that "there was bad news for todays appointment" I had erroneously been booked in for a different treatment and the Dr having looked at her diary for the rest of the evening did not have time to complete my treatment and so my visit was a complete waste of time. Perhaps if she hadn't kept me waiting almost 20 minutes she would have been able to provide the service I had booked in for.
Such total disregard for a longstanding client - I will not be returning.
