Had my EqiBank acct for a while, but finally got around to using it. Sent some crypto tokens OTC to fund my account and the customer service I experienced was exemplary. By far the best customer service I've ever received from a bank. Very happy.

Great products and working to blend traditional banking and finance with responsible DeFi. Easy to use and really cheap benefits if you have EQX token.

I can only say great things about this bank. Always a very fast respons and a top notch service. With that being said, I would like to give an extra thanks to Clinton and Kemon for all the help - 6/5.

Eqibank offers a great package for the crypto community. My OTC experience was amazing! The overall service was excellent. Extremely helpful, fast, reasonable fees and very straightforward. Since first day Clinton helped me a lot to complete the OTC process.

As many state, it is a pretty long application process, but worth it. I have best OTC experience with EqiBank and it is really a nexo between the old and the new banking world. Congrats to the EqiBank team!

EqiBank has great customer service staff. They are super helpful and responsive. The application review process can be a bit lengthy which taken can take weeks. Nevertheless, they are very helpful along the way so the experience is wonderful.
