Just like everyone else I was conned by Jason Beanland at Equi-Paws. I reported it to Action Fraud and included a link to this thread. They responded telling me "there are insufficient viable lines of... See more

Thief fraudster
Robbed me of my money no intentions of supplying the goods. Ive reported them. Total sham
FRAUDSTER - do not touch with a barge pole
I ordered 5 bags of Chicken feed online at a good price, paid £29.99 via credit card. Goods never arrived, no contact number on website, so googled them, only to find out they are a total sham by the numberous postings about them. DO NOT USE. I have reported them toe the National Trading Standards e-Team to take the matter the whole way.
absolute fraudster
don't make the same mistake as everyone here - this is not a reputable company
Avoid at all costs- threaten with Trading Standards and demand a refund.
I ordered my dog food and several days later the website still showed my order as "Awaiting Fulfillment".
Messages through the website were ignored as were personal emails to (after many months Trustpilot have requested me to rfemove any personal information such as email addresses so you will need to do some reaearch to find out this address).
A bit of research on the internet showed that these people previously traded as Tack Up with exactly the same results - no answers to emails, orders not delivered. Tack Up was wound up earlier this year ( I think it was probably on the verge of being closed down by court order).
I suppose the warning signs on were there when no telephone number or address was given on the website so the only contact was through email.
I eventually tracked down an address for them (EQUI-PAWS LTD
77 DENSHAW DRIVE, MORLEY, LEEDS, LS27 8RS) and sent a recorded delivery letter asking for an immediate refund and threatening to report them to Trading Standards if the matter wasn't resolved within seven days.
I followed this up with daily demands for a refund (by email) and eventually, on about day 3, got a refund but still no communication from them.
Please do not use this company!!
I'm affraid that I'm another that has fallen for this, what would appear, fraudulant company, very annoyed with myself!
AVOID! DO NOT BUY FROM EQUI-PAWS! ITS A SCAM WEBSITE
i ordered a rug along with various items in august…. it is now 2nd october…i have not received any of the order… my money was taken immediately… all my emails to the supposed company have been ignored... i am now substantially out of pocket and nervous about how my personal info will be used! please avoid this website at all costs… it seems there are a lot of people who have been scammed by this site…i am so annoyed with myself as i am normally so careful!!!
Still awaiting delivery from 31st August 2014
I purchased dog food with delivery to be expected within 2 weeks. This was on 31st August and I had have no reply when I have contacted them to ask when it will be delivered. I have now reported to the citizens advice bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: 28/10/14 I reported this to action fraud. Suddenly.a week later, I recieved an email from Equi-paws blaming the courier problems and offered a refund (which I had asked in a letter previously to them). I finally received a cheque last week!
I advise anyone not to use this company and consider myself lucky to get my money back!
DON'T BUY FROM EQUI-PAWS!!!
I am in the same boat as the others....I paid for a pony rug on 1st Sept with the money being taken straight away and my order status is still "awaiting fulfilment" on 23rd sept. I have contacted them several times and had no reply. I have sent emails today to cancel my order but I am not hopeful of ever receiving a refund.
I have also just googled and found a thread on Horse & Hound forum which details that the owner of this company is a renowned fraudster.
I have now sent the details onto Watch Dog and will be contacting Citizens Advice and my bank tomorrow.
Avoid - The've taken my money and I'm left without my goods and ignored when I try to contact them.
I placed my order on the Equipaws website on the 17th of August 2014 for some paper cat litter for our pet rabbit. The price was excellent and the ordering process on their website was easy.
After 8 or 9 days of my order status saying "awaiting fulfilment", I sent them a message using their online messaging system for an update. Though as of the 19th of September I have had no response from them.
I have also tried phoning their 0843 number a few times and each time I got through to a message leaving service. Again my messages have not been responded to.
Following that I have sent emails to their sales email address asking either for an order update or a complete refund. Again, no response.
This makes me wonder if they have any staff at all to deal with their customers.
I have checked to see where they are based and their registered address appears to be a residential house in Morley near Leeds. I'm left wondering if this is a real business or a fraud?
I don't think my credit card company will help me as my order value is below the £100 lower limit for section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act protections.
I'm left feeling that I'll never see my ordered goods or even a refund of my money.
I want to warn fellow internet shoppers to avoid this website at all costs.
Updated review
Still awaiting fulfillment!!!! so forwarded to watchdog...hopefully they will pick up this case with the company...and make the company director comfortable in a suitable location like a cage!!!
Do not buy from this site!
Placed an order for dog food on 19th August and despite numerous e-mails (no contact phone number given on site) I have had no response. Funds were taken on the 19th August and I will now be contacting my Credit Card company to get a refund. Bandits!
