Great service from equitrek today, noticed that the ramp had got heavy on my horsebox, phoned on Friday, a very nice Dave from equitrek was at my home Monday to replace the gas struts. The ramp now works perfectly. Many thanks.

The brake actuating rod on my wife’s trailer came undone whilst she was travelling to an event and naturally I got a phone call at home asking for help. She took a photo of the end of the rod and sent it to me so that I could prepare some bits for a rescue mission. Not knowing the thread size I phoned up Equi-trek and asked to speak to the workshop where I hoped to find an engineer who would know what I was talking about. He did and was able to tell me the thread size and that the clevis was likely to be still in place.
So helpful, thank you.
Interesting to note that the rod had vibrated loose despite the locknut. Something to check in the future.

Bought a 2024 Apollo Launch version, upgraded chassis and tack locker. Have tried contacting head office (uk) as we are having some issues, would be nice for someone from head office to contact me.

David Townsend was extremely helpful, firstly offering advice as to what to look for in a used trailer. After viewing a few privately, we then went back to him to buy a reconditioned one from Equi-trek. He was very understanding of our situation and answered all our questions. We are very happy with the trailer and it looks and feels like a new one!

David was very helpful throughout the purchase. From initial enquiry making sure he understood what I needed the trailer for and what was best fit bearing in mind heart VS head VS cost. He explained the process of buying from them and what safety checks/ service would be done. Very patient with collection date too.

Absolute joke of a company. Doesn’t pay their bills. Constantly makes excuses or no communication. Avoid at all costs

I recently purchased a brand new Night Treka from Equitrek Sheffield.
David Townsend was very helpful and wasn't pushy at all. He guided us through the process and even let me have some extra tie rings added inside and out to make the trailer more tailored to my horse.
I may need some modifications adding to the breast bar in the near future due to my naughty pony, but David is happy to discuss these options if I require them.
Really happy with the service, and I have recommended Equi-trek to my friends who are hoping to hire a trailer from them soon.

Absolutely thrilled with my new Equi-Trek Day Treka trailer, from the Sheffield branch of Equi-Trek.

Just bought a brand new Night Treka from Sheffield, so happy with it, Mercaddes was brilliant , only took as little as 3 days and she went above and beyond, sorting out the extras we needed and then getting it delivered to Sheffield , thank you Mercaddes a credit to Equi Trek.
We picked up on Saturday and a lovely lady Jenny (hope this was her name) dealt with us, she gave us time to check the trailer, showed us how everything worked, and she was brilliant with my little niece (5yrs old) All in all everything was super efficient.
