The customer service representative
The customer service representative, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, was amazing and extremely helpful. She was able to resolve around 90% of the issues I raised, and I really appreciated her support and professionalism.

The online platform was easy to access, and I was able to read and understand the information provided without difficulty. The only aspect I was uncertain about was how to raise a query, as I could not immediately find the relevant option. However, I believe that with a little more time exploring the platform, I would be able to locate it. How is it helpful if every financial thing I do has to go through services like this, yet it takes a month or two to update.

Marking someone as “Poor” with a score…
Marking someone as “Poor” with a score of 298 out of 1000 is unbelievable when they have never missed a single payment in their life, have never had any financial problems, and have never experienced any late or missed payments. I’ve maintained a perfect payment history, yet you’ve rated me as a poor borrower. This simply doesn’t make sense.

it’s important to know that the Equifax Credit Score is a guideline, designed to highlight what lenders may see as positive or negative when they assess an application made for credit, but it is not the exact score that lenders see. During a credit application, companies use their own lending criteria and scoring methods to decide whether or not to accept an application. They will also consider lots of information that doesn't show on a report, such as internal records they may hold for the consumer and minimum requirements for earnings, outgoings etc.
Lenders don't view the credit rating section of a report and will only take into account those details viewable on the credit report when assessing the credit worthiness of an individual. The credit score displayed is for the individual’s own personal information and is an indication of what a credit score may appear as. It is important to remember that your Equifax Credit Score is completely system generated, and will change based on any changes to the information held on your credit report.

EQUIFAX (Equ idiots)
Equifax was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard their service is rubbish. They kept trying to state that my case was satisfied when it was not. They are absolutely useless and a waste of time. I owe nobody any money and they claim that I owe a credit card £1450 even though I sent screenshots showing no debt they claimed I was wrong - they are - idiots. Now they have closed the case and marked it as satisfied when it definitely is not.
I would not trust their judgment on anything at all.

See exactly what I am talking about. This is exactly the same response they have given others word for word. They are working to a script, an automated response possibly an Ai response. See they are absolutely useless.
