I found the company through Kelkoo, the product was very competitive in terms of pricing and I was advised very quickly of the day of delivery, when it had been dispatched and my camcorder arrived on time as promised.

This is the first time that I have used this site and would definitely use it again when I require any of their products. A computer generated acknowledgement of my order was received immediately followed by a personal message from the site informing me of the courier company being used and confirming that I should receive the item the following day, which I did.

After comparing every offer i could find equipmentexpress was the best, so i emailed them to see if the item was in stock, they replied straight away, i ordered the product before 3pm and recieved it 8am the following morning, they then called me to tell me i had missed out on a cash back offer with the manufacturer, so with no benefitt for themselves they made a new reciept and posted it to me so i could claim the cash back! I doubt that there are many companies out there that would do this, i have already passed their address on to a couple of friends of mine and will use them again myself without any hesitation

My order was acknowledged immediately and I was told that it would be sent the next working day. The next day I was told that it had been sent and it arrived the following day. The item was extremely well wrapped. I am very pleased with the item itself - it is exactly as described. I could not be happier with the service which I received or the item itself. Very pleased with the service and speed of delivery. Also I emailed them a question before my purchase which they answered quickly. Only disappointment was the free battery charger as one of the batteries/terminals was rsuty where a battery had leaked. I have contacted Equipment Express about a replacement today and trust that they will send me another one. That aside, I am very please with my Fujifil finepix S1800

Although they did not have my 1st colour choice of camera in stock (but this was down to Casio by the sounds of it) they did contact me immediately to inform me of this. They did however have the camera in black in stock which I did like anyway and posted it to me to arrive the next morning at my place of work by 9.30am! Not to mention the extra years warranty, mini tripod, 8gb card and really nice Lowpro leather case which is perfectly matched to the size of the camera. Along with a bonus of £40 cashback from Casio a very pleasent satisfying and impressive 1st order from this company. Would definately recommend and will certanly be using again in the future if needed.

When the exact combination of camera and lens wasn't in stock, they contacted me immediately and ensured that I was happy with an alternative offer. Camera arrived promptly after that had been agreed. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend the site to others.
