My order for a Panasonic G2 camera in red was quick and professional.As they had not a camera in red they phoned me and sent an email to let me know,I then sent an email asking them to send any colour they had .Which they did and it arrived two days later.

The item ordered was not available in my chosen colour. I was immediately telephoned and e-mailed and given a number of options. I changed the colour and the item was delivered the next day. Excellent service.

you can buy the camera a little cheaper online but you will not get the 3 yea
warranty and service they provide.

its easy, i looked on the net found the shop shopping basket filled, paid for it two days later at my house, JOB DONE fantastic service and a great price i will be back

Following some price comparisons I chose Equipment Express and was delighted at the package I bought and the promptness of delivery (arrived next day - in time for my holiday as I'd hoped!). Suitable packaging and accurate, complete order - absolutely no complaints. I'd use them again and no reservation in recommending to others to use them.

I had a query re. included card being 4gb. on web site and 8gb. on kelkoo
upon telephoning the company I was told kelkoo was an error but they would honour it and include the 8gb.
but the gentleman explained they were out of stock till the following week, I said no problem as I was not in a hurry and would place an order on line.
This I did and received a call from Denise confirming availability the following week.
I then received an email the following day telling me my camera had been despatched.

I am more than happy with the EXCELLENT service provided and would be happy to reccommend Equipmentexpress to all.

Orderd on a weekend and the camera i bought was with me by wednesday, despite it being out of stock on the monday.

Placed my order on a Saturday it arrived Tuesday lunchtime, the order was correct and I am very pleased with the camera I ordered and the service I received from Equipment express, including some freebies!
I would definitely use this company again in the future, and would like to pass on my thanks to them for making the whole process easy and fussfree.

Prices are good but not the absolute cheapest however its the after sales service I have found to be the clincher. when things go wrong this crew were VERY responsive this is my third buy. you can get cheaper with a longer warranty but will it be honoured. beware.

I can't fault the service I received - the price of the camera was great, the chap I spoke to on the phone was lovely and it arrived the next day as promised. I wish all internet pruchases went as smoothly! I'll definitely recommend this site to friends and use it again myself.

Web extremely simple to use very competitive price with the advantage of 4 years free warranty on the camera I purchased. Had a slight delay on delivery through no fault of Equipment Express which they chased up instantly. staff were very polite and courteous. extremely pleased with their service.
