I have had no problems with this service.

The package arrived next day as promised, well packed with no damage.

Due to the effortless transaction and great service I have had no need to use the customer services other than the standard emails keeping me informed as to the progress of my transaction, but if they are anything like the rest of the service they will be great too.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family if the chance should arise.

Other companies should be afraid of equipmentexpress's excellent service. This IS how it should be done! I ordered a camera at about 10am one day and it was confirmed within about 2 hours that it would be dispatched same day and it was delivered by midday the next day. Beat that! I was concerned as, with freebies and free postage, this worked out as by far the cheapest price in the UK for my Pentax kit. I needn't have been, though. Placed order Friday afternoon, arrived following Monday at 11:20 am. All items present, plus a small tripod which I didn't realise was included! The only thing I can't test (and hope I don't have to) is the extended three-year warranty, but, if the present service is anything to go by, I needn't worry.

E mailed me with an alternative colour camera which was acceptable and still dispatched on time.
