I'm always wary about buying a product from a new website, but the bundled deal on offer at a cheaper price than the other usual shopping sites made me take a risk. I have to say that I would definately recommend equipment express. Delivery was superb, with updating texts to my mobile telling me when the product would arrive. Top marks.

The next day delivery was superb, told you exactly what time your parcel was being delivered so no waiting in all day. The service via emails was very imformative and kept you up to date with everything. Excellent product at a very competitive price. I would have no problems recommending this retailer to my friends.

Arrived the day they said it would with no problems 1 hour delevery slot so didnt nead to hang around, the order its self was quick and easy and no problem with a delivery to student halls.

The item was ordered late on a Sunday evening and arrived in Northern Ireland first thing on Tuesday morning. You can't better that for sevice. They are also contactable by telephone on a non premium line with real people available to speak to you if required. These days that is a big plus, as you can always ask for advice etc. Could not fault them on price, availability, attitude and service. I recomend them unreservedly.

Camera and extras arrived as informed by despatch email - did not receive email re delivery slot etc but not a problem as I was at home anyway and knew I would be but maybe a note should be made of this. However, overall the service was excellent and would definitely recommend and use again if required

The camera arrived as advertised and on the day agreed. I really appreciated the fact that I was able to change the date of delivery to suit my availability. The email confirmation was a good reminder to both the delivery and the fact that my order was on its way. All this and a decent price.

I called with an general enquiry concerning the camera. The call handler was polite and informative. Having placed the order for my camera, I was kept fully in the loop with regards to dispatch, etc. The camera arrived the following day, carefully packaged. I wiould recommend this company to everybody.

Ordered a Canon 7D package with some accessories. Cheapest I could find locally in the UK. Rang the support line and they talked me through everything. The staff were very patient getting our payment cleared. Equipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend and we'll be using their services again in the future.

My Panasonic camera was ordered online on the Sunday. An email recieved on the Monday that it had been dispatched. A text on the Tuesday giving a two hour delivery window - and guess what - it was. Terrific service, item delivered well packed and secure. Extra bonus point as my daughter found the delivery driver quite dishy!!!!
This was in my opinon 100% straightforward excellent service and I would use the company again and recommend to others.

My Fuji HS10 was ordered late in the day on a Friday and was delivered on the Monday at 12.30pm as promised. A text message was sent to my mobile Monday morning telling me which hour the delivery would be made in so I did not have to stay in all day. The web site was easy to use to make an order and I would order again from equipment express.
No need to use after sales yet but I am sure I will get a great service if I have to contact them in the future.
