I gave five stars because there was a mistake with my order and the way and the efficiency in which the mistake was rectified was very commendable. I would certainly use Equipmentexpress again.

My camera arrived on the button. The staff of Equipment Express are the greatest I have come across in my experience with online companies. If you want a good experience shop with them and enjoy brilliant customers relations.

I'm always nervous about using new sites due to Internet fraud, but felt equipment express's webpage was very professional, so ordered a camera recently from it for the first time. Arrived very quickly, with email notification, so I was very pleased. The camera is a gift, so obviously I don't know if it works (!), but packaging is excellent, so I see no reason why not.

Phoned to confirm camera in stock, delivered the next morning, they text you with a 1 hour delivery slot.

Very good service and excellent fast delivery, I wish there were more companys like it.

Very good service- from order to delivery took 4 days (Fri-Mon). The camera is as described and all the extras were included. Overall equipment express were very good.
Only small negative was the delivery service- I wasn't advised of the time slot until the late morning of the delivery date, making it impossible for me to get back in time and the parcel was left in open sight on the doorstep which was not great.

A great service, very pleased with every bit of the transaction. All that I need to do now is learn how to use it.

I will be back when I need something else.....thank you!

Excellent 24 hour turn around of order. I have been out testing the Panasonic TZ10 camera with the excellent results that I had anticipated..

Excellent 24 hour turn around of order. The camera is out of the box and I am testing it to its limits right now. Not ready to download pictures yet but screen definition is pin sharp and controls could not be easier. Thank you.

The service I have received was excellant, although we haven't tried and tested the camera yet as its a Christmas present. However I do feel very confident buying from this Company.

I would recommend this company to anybody. I found the ordering very simple and the delivery first rate. I especially liked the fact that a time slot within an hour was given for delivery, and the fact that it actually came within that time span.
