The order (Finepix S1600) arrived on time and in good condition. The price is one of the best on the web, even including e-bay.

Item arrived day after I had ordered it. Decent price compared to other websites. Delivery company they use specify delivery time to within a 1 hour window. Would use them again without hesitation.

The camera arrived next day (27th) although I only ordered it mid-afternoon on 26th (and I was informed later that day that it would be with me on 28th!). As delivery to Northern Ireland usually takes longer I was super-impressed. Everything was exactly as ordered. Highly recommended.

Great company to deal with. Emailed them with query before I bought and they responded quickly. As it was a present for my daughter, I telephoned to make sure that it was in stock and the lady I spoke to was both friendly and efficient. I placed my order for a Canon Eos and was given a delivery date 48 hrs later (my order was placed on a Sunday). I was sent a text on the day to say that I would be able to either accept my 'one hour' delivery window or change it if it wasn't convenient. My 'slot' was between 2 and 3 p.m. and arrived at 2.35p.m. All present and correct - fantastic service and I will always buy from them in the future.

The camera arrived on the day & time that was quoted. After ordering on line on Sunday, I decided to change delivery address. I rang customer services on Monday and the delivery details were changed. Excellant customer service. The lady was exceptionally cheerful and helpful. I can highly recommend this company

Ordered Friday evening. Phoned on Monday to check progress and was promised to be called back first thing the followig day. The promise was kept and deliivery was made within the stiipulated time slot on Tuesday I realiise that orders placed at the weekend may be difficult and appreciate the efficient way the problem was dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending your company.

The company gives varied choice options to suit all, and there are often deals involving additional free equipment. I cannot fault their delivery times and they are timed to one hour, which is most helpful. The site itself is well constructed and informative.

Item ordered on thursday and was delivered on friday next day. Equipment express kept in touch with details throughout. Delivery company used was Citylink and arrangement of redelivery (because we were not in) was very easy. Camera arrived well packaged and we love it! Thank you.

Easy to use website & prompt delivery. Item was exactly what I ordered. Competitive prices & great delivery service. They send you a text giving you a one hour window when you have to be in.
