Will never buy from this website again. I bought a jumpsuit 2 months ago and haven't received it. I wrote several emails to their customers service department and never got any response.

I ordered from this company 6 weeks ago and have a order number but have yet to receive my order! There is no way to contact this organization and I will NEVER ORDER from them AGAIN!!!

Don't buy clothes or nothing from this website "Eric Dress" those people/website are on China the clothes are bad cheap quality not worth a penny.
The dress look nice on the pictures I wanted and Small size . What I received :was and xtra large piece of cloth bad sewing see trough.Awfully bad quality not the color in the picture...

2. Please ship it via the cheaper shipping way(not express/expedited way) in your local Post Office (such as USPS,not UPS)
3. The declared package value should be less than $45 in case of expensive customs duty.

Purchased mans 'chunky' biscuit coloured cardigan costing over £50. Awful product, dreadful quality, thin not chunky, wrong size, different colour (orange and white). Tried to return without success (no response to emails). It's my belief the items advertised are copued from another site and them imitated (poorly). I've put this down to experience.
Will never buy from Ericdress again and suggest others stay well clear. Other comments posted back this up

This company is a fraud. I order shoes from this sight for a wedding and haven’t received them yet. I requested a refund I received a email stating that they would send me $7 and ship the shoes. I told them give my money I don’t want the shoes. They keep sending emails asking me do I want the order as they have been holding it for a while. I have told the to give me my money and stop stalling. Do not order from this company they need to stop advertising false BS clothing and shoes.

FRAUD..CHEAP.. NASTY.. A CON!!!!!... do not use this site.. the products are NOT what is on the site.. u get a cheap very nasty version of it n with it comin from china u cudnt send back as will cost way more than the item n ofcourse they know this . This is one of the worst places to shop AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Put order in on the 11th November after being told I would receive by Christmas day. It is now 20 December and its still in China so no way will I get it by Christmas day. I've emailed and they said its about 30-44 business days total disgust with this company. Tried to cancel but will not.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I got played by this company. I purchased a dress and paid an extra $30 for it to be expedited. Minutes after I purchased it I decided to get a return on the dress because I had a feeling it would not arrive on time. Right after I tried to get a refund, I was sent an email that the item had shipped (1st red flag). I emailed them and asked them why did they ignore my request to return? No response (2nd red flag). So at this point there is nothing I could do. The event came a Month after I purchased the dress (mind you, it's supposed to be expedited). No dress and I wasn't able to go to the event. 2 Months later and I receive the dress. At this point I don't want the dress. I didn't even open the package so I have no clue what the dress looks like. I've sent several emails about returning the dress and I have gotten no response. I'm out $70+ and still no response. I will never do business with this company again. I highly suggest you do your research before purchasing from Eric Dress.

Ordered a jacket, 3 months waiting nothing still saying they will send it what's a lie asked for refund nothing it's been atleast 10months now, wouldn't waste your time with them!

They don't deliver in time send there products are cheap and fall apart. Poor stitching, horrible material choice. Take your money else where.

I ordered and have been waiting for over one month for the order to arrive. They do not provide you with a tracking number only order number so it shows up on their website now as delivered but I don't know where since I can not track it. Contacted them, no reply. Sent an email again today. I will wait 2 more days and if no reply I will contact paypal. It's a pity!

I need to upgrade my review. The dress finally arrived. I gave it a 4 stars for the quality which is good, however it is a tad bit different from the dress on the picture. I also still think that by simply giving clients tracking numbers and not just the location of base on the order number it would give clients peace of mind.

Gutted, wish I had checked reviews before trading with them. Paid for two items needed for my wedding and despite numerous emails/contacts, no one has responded. I have now raised a complaint through PayPal and will have to purchase elsewhere. Don’t buy from them, as they will take your money and you will never hear from them again

**FRAUD**DO NOT BUY! BUYER BEWARE! Save your money and do not purchase, this vendor is FRAUDULENT - Ordered for a party, paid for expedited shipping and it arrived late. The invoice shows I paid less than what my bank account was charged; I never received an email confirmation for my order. I should have known better. Now I cannot reach customer service at all.... the invoice is completely incomprehensible because it's in Chinese. The charges also show up as "the Seller" or BEI JING JU DE L (not Eric Dress).

I would give it a negative rating if I could.

Not worth 1 Star ! Items I received are nothing like the images on the site & are cheap , poor quality items sold at an inflated price. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company~ it's almost a scam !!

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Ordered shoes for a wedding and paid for expedited shipping. Took over a month to get them and not on time for the wedding. Customer service was horrible. They took forever to reply to my many emails and now they are just flat out ignoring my request for a refund!

Do not order! I ordered a presale dress and was charged for it. 2 weeks later they emailed me asking me to choose something else because it was out of stock. I was HOT! then I asked for another dress. Almost a month later, they asked me to choose another dress because that was out of stock. They kept giving me the run around. They are refusing to give me a full refund.
