This company is horrible. I paid $160.00 for a dress that was horrible quality. It took forever for the dress to arrive and When I contacted them for a full refund they didn’t respond until after the 7 day return window. I had to pay $40.00 to ship the dress back to China and after many emails only received $66.00 refund since they said it was after their 7 days refund policy. So I actually only received $26.00 total refund after I paid over $160.00 for the dress! Total scam of a company. Do not buy anything from them!

After reading reviews I got worried about the quality/arrival time for my order. Less than 12 hours after ordering, I emailed to cancel. Instead of cancelling, they offered me a discount and continued processing my order, so I have to wait to ship it back before I can get my refund. It feels like a scam to keep me from getting my money back, since their refund policy is a bit weird/seems convoluted.

I'm leaving for my event in 2 days, and I haven't even received tracking info, even though I placed the order a week and a half ago. It was estimated to arrive within a week:(

I wish I could leave no stars for this company. If I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered I would have NEVER ordered from this scam of a company. They don’t care about their customer happiness. The expedited service they offer us a rip off. I asked for a expedited fee refund and I was told no. The dress I ordered had a musty odor to it and the quality was extremely poor. I am so disappointed that a company like this is still in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

This company is a SCAM. I have all their email communications with a representative name Allen Li after not getting my order for several weeks. Following are the reasons you should NOT order from this company.
1. You will not receive your order in a timely manner.
2. This company does not take any responsibility for delivering orders to its customers in s timely fashion or offers any other solutions like expedited deliveries to meet a timeline.
3. When asked for a refund, you have to deal with your credit company as this company will not even respond to you after they have steal your money.
4. Your order is made in China so therefore there are no guarantees for the quality of the product,
5. Overall this company is a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing my order.

I ordered a dress from Eric dress 2 months ago and I still have not received my order. This is a scam company there is no contact number only email and they don't respond to your emails. I am disputing charges on my credit card now for fraud that I believe came from Eric dress please do not order from them they are a scam company.

If you purchase something from here for an occasion, make sure to do it 3-4 months in advance. I will never purchase from here again. Waiting on an item a month yesterday. Also their tracking and communication system suck.

Ericdress.com does not disclose that they are based in China. Several customers state that, when items are received, the quality is horrible—if they ever receive the item at all! Some customers (who received their items) even mention that it took over 6 months to receive! Unfortunately, I did not know this before I made my purchase. My items hadn’t been shipped yet but I needed them for a specific occasion so I cancelled the order and requested a full refund on their website—no response. Then, I contacted PayPal and they immediately responded, stating that the order was being processed and they were still going to ship them. When I responded, letting them know that I knew the items were not shipped and I just wanted a full refund, they ignored it. I escalated my PayPal case and ericdress contacted me via email and asked me to close the case. Then, the next day they supplied a tracking number. I checked all mail carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS & FedEx)—not one recognized the supplied tracking number. At that point, I called PayPal to express my concern about the fraudulent tracking information. PayPal checked it and confirmed that they were, in fact, fraudulent and gave me a full refund. Many people didn’t have this same result—they were either declined a full refund or offered a 10% refund after receiving horrible items. I urge you—do not be mesmerized by the gorgeous options on the ericdress site—this exemplifies the phrase, too good to be true

No Stars! They did not refund me as promised for their admittedly poor quality wig. Be warned! wished I'd read the reviews before purchasing; thankfully it was only $58.

Return policy is horrible, dresses are so cheaply made. They are only trying to give me $20 Back for a dress that was $170. Do not order from this site!

I wish I could leave no stars! Worst company to deal with. I ordered a dress expedited for an event only to get an email from them that expedited means nothing to them. I asked for a refund 3 times only for them to tell me oh don't worry you'll get it. When they are shipping it the day after I need it!

I ordered a plain white dress in May never got it they told me to choose another dress I chose a plain black dress and they told me they don't have it in stock after telling me they do. Whrn they send me a link to choose what they have in stock. I inquired about a dress and they sent it to me without I know. I have all the emails to explained that and their customer service (hailey) said I will be refunded when I get it because there was a misunderstanding on their end and if I don't like it. I got a white dress and black dot. And perls on it. I told them I don't like it because it is not what I have ordered. And still nothing. Am willing to return this dress and have no intention of keeping it. But they want me to pay to return it to them and won't even refund me for it.

I purchased a beaded red wedding dress and when I receive the dress beads were hanging by treads.the dresses does not look anything like the photo.ALL They are nothing like the pictures and are cheaply produced. I never received my dress. I filed a claim with PayPal and was denied. They had tracking information that they provided to prove my dress was delivered but I never got it. I'm out of $52.00. SCAMMERS NEVER AGAIN.

Return policy is a scam. Tried to return item in line with their return policy but they lied to me and stated they don't have a USA-based return location (which they list on their website), wouldn't supply a full return address or label, and instead urged me to accept a 20% refund rather than ship it back to China at my own expense. 12 emails and two weeks later, I had to file a claim through PayPal and got my money back that way.

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered and just today received a wig that looks horrible on me -- the color is way too dark for medium brown, and the style does not look nearly as nice as the picture in the advertisement. I would like to return it as soon as possible, but no return card was enclosed in the package, and their U.S. phone number is constantly busy.

DO NOT TRUST.
They will send clothing - but it's not well made, and they REFUSE to honor their return policy. Will NOT put in a return card with shipment, and will NOT answer messages, emails or phone calls to tell you where to return items.
