My husband and I were looking for a gift for me. I didn’t really know what I wanted. Scott was there to serve us and he was very helpful. I decided I would like a ring and Scott was very patient as I tried quite a few. He was very knowledgeable too. I did buy a ring and a beautiful one too. Thank you Scott.

Thank goodness there are still great businesses like this (Lincoln store). Today I went with my mum who lost her husband after 60 years marriage and needed her wedding ring removed. I can not thank all the welcoming staff but Josie was exceptional. She really showed great empathy and respect for my mother. So thank you Josie. And all the staff. Unbelievably, amazingly.respectfully and professionally served today. Thank you 😊

I wanted a new engagement and wedding ring, we were assisted by India, who was the most helpful, knowledgeable and unobtrusive store assistant I’ve ever dealt with. She took the time to explain the difference in how the diamonds were drilled etc..India is a real asset to Ernest Jones. Customer service is far above other local jewellers in the area. Thanks again India.

My husband and I were in Lincoln for a day out. We were looking for a bracelet for myself. I popped in intialy on my own, was approached by Scott who was extremely helpful and showed me several items. My husband then came in and Scott day me down . He sanitised the item and helped me put it on. Explaining how the catch and lick worked. In no way was he pushy, we said we'd just have a little walkabout and think about it. We returned soon after to try the bracelet again, whilst I was trying the bracelet Scott spoke to my husband about his watch and we ended up buying a watch for my husband and the Bracelet for me.
Charlotte also spoke with us and got us a better price on the watch. She also took my rings I was wearing and cleaned them for me. All in all was a very relaxing experience. We both came out feeling extremely happy. Thank you Scott and Charlotte

Really friendly helpful staff

Watch we ordered (boss) didn't work . Found this out in the shop as they hadn't checked it before we arrived. Assistant was trying to sell additional insurance for a different watch which we purchased. No other employee could function without her as we were interrupted several times as we tried to resolved our issue. Looks like a premium retailer but isn't. Sorry but I am honest.

Prompt and courteous service, friendly and made sure we were happy with purchase. Deserve recognition.

Bought a watch from Ernest Jones for a birthday present, waited for a week for them to get it to the shop, when I gave it to the person for their birthday it didn't work the battery was dead, obviously nobody checked to make sure the watch was in working order, so another trip to the shop and had to wait another 2 days for it to be exchanged, not even an apology, won't use your Lincoln shop again,.

We popped in to have our sons 21st birthday watch altered.
We didn't purchase it from EJ but knew they did Tags so took it there.

The ladies were so lovely and friendly - genuinely interested in how my son's birthday had been.
And because the watch was a Tag, they took extra care to ensure they used the right tool to remove the links.

Really lovely ladies would definitely recommend
