I needed a new wedding ring as my…
I needed a new wedding ring as my original one I couldn't get over my knuckle due to bent swollen fingers caused by arthritis. I was embarrassed going to jeweller's but the lady that dealt with me was so kind and considerate, she put me at my ease and found me a beautiful ring that fits perfectly and the style is lovely. She really went all out to help no rushing or pushing for a sale. She certainly is a credit to Ernest Jones. I wouldn't hesitate to go again for other jewellery

Limited choice
I wanted a titanium ring to celebrate our 40 years of marriage. There was a good choice on the website, but a limited choice in the store. However, I found a ring I liked which to my surprise was a good fit. Very good service, ring reasonably priced, happy to recommend Ernest Jones.

Very happy with service. Ordered our wedding rings online and when we received them they were too big. Took them to our local store and they were very helpful getting the correct size ordered for us. Couldn’t fault the staff. Thank you
