ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVIE.
I’ve not only had 1 manufacturing ring but 2 in the space of 7 months.
Last months I went back again due to my claw breaking off my ring to find this was a manufacturing problem as there is porus. Was offered an exchange so I purchased another ring but it was on offer but I was refused to pay the price it was selling for and had to pay the full price! Been fobbed off by the customer service so I’m not taking matters to court and trading standards. I’ve also contacted Neil the CEO of the company!!! PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Five star treatment at ernest jones trafford centre yesterday and today all staff 😀

I took my engagement ring into the Trafford center store after the stone fell out after only having the ring for 18months. I was told that it was accidental damage and would need to pay the repair.
This is the 2nd ring I have had from Ernest Jones which has been 'accidentally damage'. After taking my first ring to a independent jeweller it was discoved the ring was porous and beyond repair. The manager of the store came over and I have never experienced such disgusting customer services in my life. I was belittled and intimidated. He was extremely argumentative and considering these where infact engagement rings at no point was there any compassion. In his words just have bad luck with rings. After questioning the 12 month warranty I was again met with aggression. I was told to send it to their workshop who had already said my first ring was just accidental damage. Not only did he stand up throughout the whole conversation making me feel very intimidated this was all done in front of my young son.

I purchased a wedding band and 2 weeks in it started scratching like it’s plastic. I went to the shop and they said “that what gold is”. After showing them several other gold items of mine looking nothing like their product they just kept repeating it like I am stupid and I didn’t understand the first time. The quality of their product is very poor and their customer service is not helpful at all. When you spend so much money for a ring, one would expect good quality and fair customer treatment. I received non and I hope others find this useful and consider other retailers. The bigger you get the worse your product becomes

We ordered an item off the website and when we opened it the colour wasn’t right the gold had a strange tinge to it. Took it back to a store as advised through online chat. We decided to take it to the Trafford Centre shop and the assistant there (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was so helpful. She swapped the item without any issue and was very apologetic for the issues we had. Thank you 😊
It wasn’t ideal that the item was imperfect when it arrived but as it was resolved so efficiently happy to give 5 stars

I visited the EJ shop today in St Ann’s Manchester, what a delight to be welcomed by the team and as usual Sarah, Fredrico and the team always makes us feel welcome, valued and special.
We like visiting the store as the service and rapport with the team is amazing.

I purchased a ring from their Trafford Centre store, the size being out of stock so I paid to have it couriered for collection. When I arrived at the store yesterday the manager said I needed an appointment, which was news to me. In any event they send the wrong size so still no ring. My point is, if it has become an appointment only shop then it should plainly say so outside and stop embarrassing customers when they arrive.

Went in to look at watches and found a lovely Olivia Burton bee pattern one. Staff member who helped my boyfriend and I (can't remember her name) was so lovely and helpful. Very happy with my shopping experience.

Visited Ernest Jones recently and was looked after by a lovely gentlemen who was extremely knowledgeable on their Le Vian range and showed me several rings and could not do enough for me. He was friendly, polite did not pressurise to buy and was fantastic even when I went away to 'think about it'. I did return and purchased a beautiful Diamond and Ruby ring and dealt with the same gentlemen who was fantastic throughout. Brilliant experience and will definitely go back again.

Excellent service. Purchased 2 items. Good value for money. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and really good appreciation of customer needs. Delivery of ring on time and easy to make an appointment to pick up item. Good range of products.

I wanted some creole style earings the assistant was very pleasant and helpful.

Took our bracelet in because it was faulty ,sent it away without hesitation can't fault the sevice
