Great customer service, excellent selection of jewellery, never disappoints.

Our shop assistant, Ali, was wonderful. He took his time and was precise in everything he did with a delicacy that made the engagement ring buying experience a unique and pleasurable one. He was clear and went the extra mile, knowing that we were shopping around but rather set on the choice he gave us confidence by setting our choice aside for 30mins to help in our decision making. Ali's help, the ring choice and the others on display make us want to return for the other two rings in the near future.

Really Really poor!! i purchased a bracelet for my wife a couple of weeks ago for her birthday, we quite quickly realized that the catch on the bracelet was very rigid and difficult to take of and therefor faulty. There was a marked difference when compared to the same bracelet in store when we took it back.
Regardless of this the staff member maintained there was nothing wrong with the bracelet so we couldn't get a replacement and also that we couldn't get a refund because the item had been worn (it had obviously been worn - thats how we identified the fault, although had only been worn once). Extremely unhappy with the service - we were regulars at Ernest Jones - our wedding rings, wifes jewelry , rado and other watches are all from Ernest Jones - but never again will we shop with you. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed. Leaving this feedback on other platforms also

I was very happy with how the assistant served me. She went out of her way to be helpful. I bought a pair if earrings that looked blue one way or green another. So unusual. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought a men silver ring from the branch in Trafford Centre and my experience was invaluable; excellent product, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I had to change the ring for the right size and staff were very helpful. Now I am happy with my ring and I love it. Thank you for this amazing service.

Ordered online, browsed the website picked out my item, quick & easy to place my order. I received an email when order was dispatched. Text to say item was ready for collection. In store greeted with a welcome smile & friendly chat. What more could we ask for.. excellent.
