Fantastic service!
Fantastic service when shopping at the Drake Circus Plymouth store. Our request was slightly unusual.. a ring that wasn’t an engagement ring or wedding ring but an in between. The lady who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and helpful. We bought the perfect ring for the occasion and it was delivered quickly!

Could have been much much better, we weren't really given the time of day until we committed to buy something for £1000 and one member of staff disappeared without explanation to another customer as soon as they walked int he door, until then we'd sort of been treated like an inconvenience. I wouldn't say it ruined the buying experience as she's happy with the ring but it certainly wasn't great
