I would recommend this company if you are looking for a new solar panel to be installed. They give a reasonable price, projection of the amount of money you can potentially save and they are really friendly. I would have given higher marks if they can do the job more quickly as there were some slight delay issues with installing the bird net and removing the saffolding, which took another week to do so. However, I can see the house's electricity has now been covered by the solar panel, so I guess that is what I need and of most importance.

I am very pleased that I asked ERS to install the solar panels. The process was characterised by the efficiency, courtesy, friendliness, approachability and goodwill of the sales team, the scaffolders, the roofers and the electricians. All were very willing to explain what they were doing and why and answered my questions fully and patiently. This was very reassuring and so I knew that they were doing the job well. There was a good team spirit which made the whole installation a pleasant and interesting experience for me.

Excellent service installing our solar panels. Good customer service and the work was planned in and completed as promised.
We subsequently had 2 separate issues with the system (neither was the fault of ERS) which they resolved for us quite quickly and without any fuss.
I would recommend the company for this type of project.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH STARTING WITH TIM THE REP HE WENT THROUGH ALL ASPECTS OF THE SYSTEM AND ANSWERD ALL OUR QUESTIONS VERY COMPREHESIVELY AND WHEN HE GIVE US THE DAY TO INSTALL THE LADS STARTED FIRST THING AND WORKED THROUGH THE DAY AND DID A CRACKING JOB I WAS PAYING A MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT TO BRITISH GAS FOR GAS AND ELECTRIC THE SUM £165 PER MONTH NOW IT IS £100 PER MONTH I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FIRM ANYTIME JOHN JONES

I got in touch with ERS for fixing my roof which had patches and leaks. I spoke to George who visited me the very next day. I found him to be very knowledgeable wherein he not only provided me with the solution but also took me through the details of the entire process. I got my roof done the very next week. It was a very hassle free process, the team took all the safety measures and completed it in no time. I also got solar panels installed through them, which saved me a lot of money as my electricity bills were pretty high prior to that. I have got a 2 year craftsmanship warranty from them which is great. I would recommend this company to all people out there who want to get a roofing job done or solar panels installed

I wanted to reduce my electrical bill. So I got in touch with Environmental roofing services . I was approached by George. He was friendly and very professional. After we've gone through details I had a very clean hussle free 3 day installation. Would recommend them to others who want to get into renewables.

Over 1 year since the install and the company has still not provided workmanship warranty or the monitoring system as agreed in the contract. I have an arbitration award and they are still refusing to comply. Will need to take them to court to resolve. Avoid using this company!

The company also installed an underpowered system and refused to renegotiate the payment. It took weeks to get them to agree a reduction in cost after they tried to ignore the issue and push aggressively for full payment.
