Have just been contacted by John in the renewal department he was very courteous and knowledgeable of all tariffs and plans and has renewed my contract with them for a further year in January of next year at the same price I am already paying thank you John

John from customer services called to review my tariff contract. He explained everything very well and was extremely helpful making it easy to decide to continue with ESB as my energy supplier. Many thanks

Received a final bill from ESB after moving in to my house but wanting to switch suppliers. The bill came with just 2 days notice to pay it, and it was very difficult to set up the payment. They only have the phone help line Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and my bill due date was a Saturday so I really only had 1 day to pay it, and the website wouldn't let me set up an account so it was such a pain to wait for so long on hold just to make a final payment.
So glad I didn't decide to stay with esb, customer service just isn't what I expect from an energy supplier these days. Switching to GEUK who have been a complete dream since I got in contact.

I was contacted today re my account being renewed. The person was named John and he was polite a D explained everything to me.

Just joined up with ESB .the change over went very smoothly.and so far very pleased with the service keep it up

Spoke to Megan today about renewing my gas and electricity supply. Very friendly and helpful so was happy to continue with the new contract.

John was the person who called me, he was polite explained everything really good to me and put me on a 2 year fixed contract.

swapped provider to Esb. It went smoothly and they changed my meter. *Getting through to the right person is impossible on phone though.

Just had my renewal phone call…i was dreading it 🙈 however i spoke with John and he explained everything brilliantly and now i dont have to worry for another two years 🙌🏼

Returning after leaving to a company that was cheaper and then collapsed. ESB are now the cheapest I can find with a 2 year fixed.

ESB is a well known and very reliable energy supplier in the Republic of Ireland where I grew up. I always do a price comparison when my fixed contract dual energy contract is near its end. Imagine my delight when at the top was ESB! I looked into this further and have chosen a three year fixed contract with a safe company where I know my costs for the next three years! Amazing!!

Poor service, they don’t reply to emails, 3 so far, they owe me money so I guess they’re not keen. Signed up with these from an unexpected door conversation. Poor poor poor service, would not recommend. Will try to find a way to get the promised refund back (exit fee from good old eon) way back in July 2021.

ESB have been my dual fuel energy supplier for a few years. I have always found them to be good value & customer service very good. Having moved house I wanted to stay with ESB however this involved ‘switching’ from the supplier the previous owner used to ESB - the process was quick & friendly with everything clearly explained, again I cannot fault the customer service. I would definitely recommend them as a good reliable energy supplier!

Been with ESB for a couple of years, very easy company to deal with, just moved house from 4 bedroom to three bedroom bungalow and taken out two contract with them, been quoted twice what we were paying before, hopefully this will come down when we put our meter readings online, as we are two pensioners the hike in fuel prices has hit us and everyone else very hard.
