They are not interessted for the players

absolute dog, the large maps timers have been reduced to a rediculous amount, woods for example, should be a 40-45 min map, is now a 25 min map. customs? 30. the large maps had their longer times for a reason nikita, stop catering to your friends modded experiences and actually make a game

Waiting 20 min for a scav raid it's incredible, and after 20 min I had to change map because it's not finding the game.
Fps drops from 80 to 35.
The waiting time for all the raids it's just a shame.

what a p.o.s of a game lazy and more laziness will prevail. not sure if anybody said it yet but practically the steam people that bought it got rob and scammed for refund on day 1 launch on steam and even for those that bought it before hand. beta more like theta version cause it is not close to finish and it is not 1.0 ready.

game is 12-15 years in the making. 10 years of beta.
and the 1.0 runs worse then the game ever did before then. more bugs. more crashes. more lagg.

i play with a group of people on discord and were 10 people playing it. all experiancing more issues then ever before.

we experianced bugs that are 6 years old from 2019.
not just one but multiple. such as you not being able to tell if magazines have ammo in them or not.

such as not being able to upgrade ur workbench at all even tho you have all requirements and needed items for it. even with it all found in raid.

and then they are masters of digging their hands deep down you´re pockets to pay ridicolous prices for a shitty game that just doesnt run remotely close to what you would expect for any game under 25% of their price.

1.0 ready. Thank goodness they definitely fixed and tested these decade old bugs and interfaces before releasing the game.

Nearly 12 hours after "launch" on "launchday" and we still can't play this overpriced game. How on earth can you be developing a game for nearly a decade and STILL not know how to launch a big update? This is so far one of the biggest launch day blunders from and game developer in recent memory.

I think from a company who thinks they value their customers really failed.

You buy a product on their website 7 years ago to only have to buy it again on a different platform and not getting a code you were promised.

Various companies gave you free codes for other platforms from when Battlenet moved Destiny 2 to Steam and even Frontier.

The game makers are lazy and use “beta” as an excuse to release an unfinished game. I have been playing since its release and have experienced issues every time I play. Money disappearing from my account, game crashing 25% of the time I try and play, items disappearing from my stash. Would not recommend!

Many bugs, glitches, cheaters and generally terrible ways to waste your time. Save your money and time do not buy this game.

most unoptimized garbage i have played yet predatory p2w system if u dont buy bank space u cant even properly do quest bc u dont even have room to stash quest items and gear,infested with cheaters no other game dissapointed me like this and if u want to refund it you cant absolute scam

Game is amazing, the Devs are greedy and dont care. My email was lost and recovering my account has been the worst experience - 15 emails front and back, each time I supply peace of info they ask for another bit - just ask it all in ONE EMAIL !!! also provided screenshots of bank transfers then got asked to confirm card details, which I did and they said they were wrong... what a JOKE! Bank confirmed card details I provided were correct, these guys just dont give a ... and wont ever help you out if it means they can profit again.. H O R R I B L E COMPANY - Nikita wake up!! YOU ARE KILLING A GREAT GAME

It is a cheater infested game and BSG is doing nothing against it!!!
Dont get me wrong its an aswesome game desin but the publischer BSG is doing nothing against the cheaters. I am playing it roundabout 5 years now and its getting worse and worse dont waste your money on it!

Their coding for one is the worst. You can have some of the best tech, running admin, lowest settings and you will still have connection issues, from multiple states from multiple internet hosts, it still the same, their codes are garbage. DO NOT spend any money on this game.

The developers betrayed the community time and time again, with the final straw being the removal of the edge of darkness edition which was basically the games "supporter edition" that promised the buyers every DLC, addon, and anything else you could think of that could come out thats related to escape from tarkov. They pretended like we didn't exist as they added a more expensive edition that included a paywall to a new gamemode and had pay-to-win mechanics that were only accessible through that new 250 dollar edition. The development has been awful and the game has a terrible history with hackers constantly ruining the experience. I hope the game fails on launch just to teach these devs a lesson for betraying their supporters loyalty.

I’ve been trying to recover my Escape from Tarkov account that I purchased about 5 years ago. Unfortunately, my email is no longer recognized, which I discovered is a recurring issue for other players as well.

I still have the Xsolla receipts, with full transaction ID, date, amount, payment method, and email used at the time of purchase. However, Battlestate Games support is refusing to accept them, insisting that I provide a “full-size screenshot” from the payment system – which is not possible anymore, since the original credit card doesn’t even exist.

I’ve already provided all the information any normal support team would consider sufficient proof of purchase, yet they are blocking me from recovering my account.

It feels unfair and disrespectful to loyal players who supported the game years ago.

total bullshit constant bugs and cheaters do not buy this game it is well designed but everything else sucks

This is half of the best game on the market. the other half is an absolute disgrace of cheaters ruining your entire experience. The money hungry devs must be hitting the bricks right now, because they clearly are doing nothing to stop the rampant decay of their game
