They lost my package!

They tried to deliver the package on a Saturday. I wasn’t home. They didn’t care to call me. Next day i called the company and the package is “lost”. Customer service deplorable. Hope I never have to use them again. Sellers should pay attention on their delivery company. Damages the image of both, seller and deliverer.

The worst delivery company

These people have never managed to deliver anything to me. I write to suppliers saying don't send anything to me using them. This is because some suppliers deducted postage from my refund as these clowns say I am not home. I work from home. There is no point in complaining. Nothing is ever done. The worst deliver company I have ever encountered.

Drivers write false reports of customer not present

I have a previous review which is positive, although latest experience whilst working from home, was 5 delivery attempts made according to tracking.

However this was false, there was zero, and the packet is currently being returned to sender.

A complaint has been raised, it is almost certain the driver(s) were entering false delivery attempts, the company couldn't show any proof of attempt, they didn't bother with a phone call either.

The customer care appeared to do their job correctly and were polite, professional, but the experience hasn't been good, I have to wait for the packages to return to sender and try again.

This will raise companies costs, and ultimately be passed onto the consumer. Remember to followup and ensure that such instances are reported, zero hour drivers will make false reports, without escalating these the end user consumer pays more and receives less.

I’m making a complaint to Aliexpress

They are holding my package for 9 days without even updating the status of my package. The customer services is a joke too! They don’t help and only respond by using generic responses. Very disappointed.

Disgusting service for the Almería

Disgusting service for the Almería, Pechina,Benhadux,Rioja,área refuses to deliver then gives false address we're he said he has delivered item to.Refuses the to send email address of were item's had supposedly been delivered to to make proper reclamation. Gives improper address to collect item. Found we're he lives to collect my packets then he accused me of disturbing his privacy and molesting his family. This person is a bad representative for the company as we have had no problems in the past.
