The perfect protection!
I can tell you that when I purchased ESET years ago, my problems were in the past - no viruses, no slippery lil’ issues with questionable websites, nothing to give you a oain in the neck! Why would I change? It’s not gonna happen.

Not as advertised
Although I was told by the person who recommended eset to me that it would work in all devices, I was later told by someone at eset, after I had paid for seven devices, that it would not work in any Apple devices. Then, when I tried to install it on my Android phones, it would not load and gave me a message that it did not work in android. It also would not load in my Kindle Fire tablet. So I asked for and received a refund for four devices. L ater, I found a free version that loaded onto my Android phone.

This person I talked to today was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't remember his name but it was early this morning, he was rude, impatient, and condescending. I asked him if he was having a bad day, and he said no I talked to everybody this way. I said well if you keep that up you may not have a job anymore. I don't think I'll be renewing my ESET next year I will go with a different company just because of this morning's interaction with the rudest customer service I have experienced in a very long time

Website Could be Better
I wanted to add ESET protection for a second home computer. It was not clear if that is what I actually did.
There is more than one product option to choose from. I wanted to do the same for the second computer that I have for the first one. Not sure if that's what I did. I hope so.
