I placed an order on their website (preloved) around July 17 and I still have not received the item.
If you try to call them it says user busy constantly and their emails illicit no response. Chat function works and have been given a £15 amazing voucher for the delay. However still none the wiser as to where the item is! When I’ll receive it.
