Ordered online pants. Didn't fit. Description and pictures do not give any details about material, if it is size by size. And I sent return back and it cost me 15 dollars to mail it back. Half price of these pants. No more ordering anything from this site. If no free shipping, no more orders
I'm 5'8" and 185 lbs. and somehow, I ended up ordering a 3XL pair of Under Armour Cold Gear. Could have been a mistake on my end. Obviously, I wouldn't have knowingly ordered a pair of 3XL anything. I sent an email to customer service immediately after I placed the order asking them to cancel the order. No response.
The item came in the mail the next day and customer service could not have been ruder. Stay away from this company.
I just purchased two Patagonia better sweater items. Pricing was 1/2 of regular retail and items were packaged and shipped well. 100% brand new! I will be buying from them again.

They ship IRs, not first-run goods they are selling at full price.
I ordered CalvinKlein men’s boxers, size Large, from Essential Apparel.
Their website photo was the same exact boxers that I wear.
When I received their shipment their boxers, marked “Large”, were actually XXL.
They are Irregular factory production, wrong-sized goods.
And they are not allowing a return.
MAD, BAD, AND DANGEROUS TO KNOW.
Shipping takes a while, but must be given the restrictions. Customer service is wonderful and super accommodating!
Placed order and got response that they would let me know when it shipped. Got no further response . Called and was told they were "unable to locate the item".
If you are considering Essential Apparel, be forewarned the return service and policy are difficult. Today most companies (amazon, google, even their competitor DXL Men's Apparel) offer a no question return policy and include a pre-paid ground postage sticker. Not with Essential Apparel.... you are on your own and mandates a trip to the post office. We know what a joy that is. i find this disappointing and received no additional support when giving them a call. I would look else where to do you shopping. Will not use them again and advise my friends to do the same.
