Website does not accept payment. tried 4 times on different devices and browsers. will not try again

I have been feeding my Labrador Essential Living food for years. Recently I had a damaged can in my order and so the contents had spoiled. I contacted the company and received an immediate apology & a generous credit to my account. I have never had a problem before and this one was dealt with impeccably.

I was having difficulty ordering online on a very stressful day yesterday, so called Essentials on the ‘phone. I was seriously impressed with the quality of service from Kevin who very promptly arranged a delivery for me that served within 24 hours. The dogs just love the food AND they got a free bag of treats too. Thank you very much.

I loved having this store on our doorstep and, despite reservations when the local one closed down, trusted that deliveries would still appear free of charge each day. Unfortunately, we have had to dash out for emergency dog food several times now as, on occasion, it can take more than a couple of days from order to delivery. If they could just get this sorted, they would be perfect.

Excellent service from my online enquiry to which Kevin responded quickly and answered my questions. I ordered a puppy trial set and have gone on to be ordering my second 10kg bag of large breed puppy.
My bernese puppy is doing really well on this the quality is so much better then what the breeder had her on and is cheaper.
I have since recommended the food to friends and family.
I can see my dog staying on this especially as the adult flavours offer variety.

Outstanding customer service! First time dog owner and we accidentally ordered a 10kg bag of the wrong kibble, Essentials Food very kindly sent us another 10kg bag of the correct one, completely free of charge!

I came across this brand through my work and was immediately drawn to the recipe quality and company ethics. I gradually switched my four dogs, of varying ages and breeds, to Essential and was thrilled by the results. Gorgeous coats and firm, less frequent poos! I will be switching my cats over too! Highly recommended.

My puppy LOVES the food and I am sure that the quality is exceptional. It is really amazing I can read and understand all the ingredients so I know what he eats. Essentiall has also great attitude towards the customers. I truly recommend!

Have been feeding the Nautical Living kibble to my Labrador for the past 2 months and she absolutely loves it. She digests it super well and her coat is shiny and soft. Packaging is fully recyclable and even the treats that we tried were great. Super quick delivery too. Great price for what it seems to be a high quality kibble.

We have 3 small dogs, one who had itchy skin, and one who had frequent loose stools, we struggled to find a decent food that would suit all 3.. we were recommended by a small independent pet shop to try Essentials, we were dubious as it isn’t sold in many pet shops..I honestly wish I had known before..I have been buying now direct from essentials for almost a year, I honestly wouldn’t change..I did try the new pate but unfortunately neither of them enjoyed it, but customer service at its very best refunded straight away no questions asked

I cannot recommend Essentials highly enough! Our 'puppy' Labrador is now a year old, and was on this food immediately after weaning. We did move to a different food when she was about 10 months old, but you could see the deterioration in her after a few weeks.

About 2 months later, we received an email from Essentials asking for some feedback as to why we stopped ordering. The email was very polite, and in no way pushy! There was no targeted advertising....just a simple request for feedback. We decided to call the agent and talk our situation over, as we were at this point looking for a new food. The agent talked to us openly and asked what our dog was experiencing and made suggestions as to the type of food we might want to try, including other brands. There was no pressure to buy from them. Honestly, it was just like talking to a friend/colleague.

We did end up moving back to Essentials, and Millie is now thriving on the Estate Living food. It actually smells amazing, v tempted to try it myself! She has gained a bit of weight, which is what we were after as she was v thin. Her stools also became much firmer and her wind also vastly reduced. A sign of a proper dog food, and not a mass produced product!

Buying from Essentials feels like discovering a hidden gem. It's the kind of company you want to shout from the rooftops about, but at the same time don't want to because they are 'your little secret'! Each order arrives maximum 2 days after order......and did I mention FREE delivery? The dogs are just as excited when the package comes, as there's always a little surprise in there for them! £55 for a 10kg bag of food of this quality is such an amazing deal, especially considering the free delivery. I could go on about how brilliant they are to deal with, and how they make you feel really special, but I think you've probably gathered that already! So glad I found them!

I've fed Essentials to my Bernese Mountain dog since puppy hood over the last 2 to 3 years. It's great quality, at an excellent price with good variety that has always resulted in a healthy and happy dog with no tummy issues. Food delivery is always fast and reliable. The addition of a thank you gift in each delivery, especially at Christmas is always a bonus. Highly recommended kibble and company!

My Scottish Terrier has been on this food since he transitioned to adult food. There has never been a day in the last three years that he is not excited for his dinner. He absolutely loves the tins of pate as a topper too.

I've been using Essential for the last 3 years. My springer spaniel loves it and the value for money when you think of the quality of ingredients and nutrient composition is brilliant. Very nice re order process, fast delivery and my favourite bit is the surprise treat that they include which is always exciting for the doggo...

Amazing customer service and the product is wonderful. My dog's coat is thick and shiny and it's the only dry food he won't turn his nose up at.

I am beyond pleased with the customer service of Essential Foods and the knowledge the support agents provide to the customers. I had a situation where I was thinking there is no a big issue of ordering the wrong food (begginer small breed and begginer big breed), however the support agents took the immediate action to prevent my puppy getting the wrong food. I was very wrongly upset about it, however they immediately took the action to explain me why they had to cancel my order and provided me with really deep explanation of the importance behind the nutrition of their different types of food. Extremely impressed by the customer service, the food is top notch, the treats are more than delight for my puppy. Really happy I found this brand, really satisfied by the quality of their products! Highly recommend to switch to essential foods, it worth every penny you spend with this company!

This is the Highest quality food you’ll find. We’ve been using essential for a few years now. Our dog loves it and the addition of the pate is perfect to keep him interested. He’s recently developed some allergies and I wanted to make sure what we were feeding him was helping keep the itchy skin away if possible. I’ve just spoken to Kevin, he was so knowledgable and patient talking me through the best options for him. This company is amazing. High quality food and brilliant customer service. I paid an order in advance, but essential foods has now been harassing me for months because they cannot find my payment in their system. I have sent them their own receipt (kvitto) four times (as they contact me with always changing e-mail adresses) and a bank statement three times, but they still do not believe me. Stay away if you do not want to get harassed by this company!

I came across Essential Foods while I was researching on the best possible dry food I could give my indoor cats. It totally ticks all my boxes and I'm extremely fussy about what I feed my cats! Probably more fussy than them!

Their website explained all the ingredients and benefits thoroughly. I chose 'The Panther' variety. It's lower in fat. Has high amounts of oils and vitamins for their little coats. It didn't take me long to realise that I'd found a good company, with good family values, sensibly sourced ingredients and pricing that was actually very competitive. Since it's free delivery, that really makes the overall experience better. They use DPD, who are great for leaving the parcel safely if you can't be home, etc.

I'm going to gradually introduce the food so their bellies can get used to it. However, without adding their freeze dried toppers or supplements ... I put a bowl down just to see how they would react to the new food. Which smells fresh and fishy like it should.... Both cats started tucking in straight away! Looking up at me like, Yep, Human you did good! We like this!...
'The Jaguar' is another variety that I might go for too, it's fresh chicken, duck, etc , however the vet thinks my two babies could use losing a few pounds so 'The Panther' is better for that. They like to lounge around alot!

So we are all very happy here! I have not had to contact the company because the website is so thorough and answers any questions or concerns you might have. Just the way it was boxed up and the quality of the packaging tells you that they really care about their customers, human, feline or canine!

Check out their website, especially if you are struggling to find a really high end type of dry food, where only the best will do! Our kitties don't ask for much, the least we can do is buy them the best food possible. Imo this food is up there at the top. Wish more pet owners knew about this food tbh.
