Q essential nails and also buy a lot of their products which I cannot fault. However the customer service isn’t as good unfortunately. I have contacted them for help a few times regarding stock and it’s either not been resolved or has been acknowledged but then ignored.

I have always loved using your products and have never had any problems. My favourite products to use are your files. I've used many others but have never gotten the results from the one's I've used by Essential nails. Thank you for the beautiful gel polish. I have not used it yet and it's already a hit with a few people I've shown it too.

Enrolled on the complete nail technician course. Ordering was easy and were very helpful. My course material arrived and has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic course - it’s my first course with essential nails but definitely not my last, I would like recommend them to anyone.

So far I’m enjoying the course and whenever I’ve needed the help there’s always been somewhere there.

Negatives are that the video DVD is very dated. I think a new up to date video would be beneficial as I believe techniques may have changed. Also, it’s frustrating that not enough stock is provided in the kit. There’s only enough nail trainer nails and nail tips for about 20 nails, however you need to create 60 nails. It costs over £20 for a new pack or nails and nail tips and I’ll probably have to buy some more gel too, so the cost adds up a lot.
