Been searching for a particular Miku figurine since last year,and these guys finally had it at a reasonable price. Came fast and well packaged.Wasn't expecting the pack of mochi along side it,so that was a neat surprise.

Easy to purchase and fast processing. Had no issues with customer service.
Delivery was downright awful, when the product arrived, the outside box was awfully damaged. Somehow the product inside wasn't damaged at all, but I am pretty sure the chance of products getting damaged with the chosen UPS delivery service is very high.

I orderd products from the website 2 months ago and have no clue where they are or if i will ever receve the items or if the website is just a big scam

Delivery was very quick and the item arrived in great condition.
Inside the box the extra space was filled up with various Japanese snacks as a free gift, which was unexpected but very welcome!

Figure was quality, arrived in a timely manner. No complaints here

Shipment got stuck via UPS on "Voided Information Received" and then was refunded with no contact, no update or anything. Any contact that I sent via their contact form on the website was not replied to.

The delivery took a little longer than expected but it was worth it for the very good price they sold the figure I bought for. The only issue I had was that the figure came with quite a long scratch across its torso but I’m not sure how much that has to do with the company itself or just to do with their suppliers. Overall I am still very happy with my order.

Ordered two figures and money came out straight away. Was sent a delivery email with tracking number to follow delivery but was never updated, to then receiving an update email saying my purchase was refunded but not for any reason. Was disappointed as they were for presents for Christmas so now will need to find another place that have the figures in stock.

I ordered an item almost a month ago and haven't heard anything since, I've tried getting in contact with them to no avail. I would not recommend ever ordering anything from them!

Over half of what I ordered never came, and out of the 2 products that did come, 1 was broken. I was however, fully refunded.

Perfect fast good

Came relatively quickly and the figure quality is great and honestly could be argued that it is to detailed because of the fact that the hilt for the sword has the full on design from the show on it even though you can barely see it the sword is also incredibly detailed as well and the cape is detailed as well and in the area where the figure holds the cape the cape actually creases where it holds it and it is slightly confusing that this much detail is put in since the character is not talked about much also the armour is incredibly detailed as well

I ordered a Dragonball GT Gogeta figure for my husband's birthday. The parcel arrived in good time, well packaged and to my surprise had some free Mochi with it.
My husband loved the figure. I would definitely order from Estatic Anime again.
