What a brilliant company to deal with. I was kept well informed as to the status of my order (pre ordered in April) I believe a lot of others could learn from this company. And as an added bonus when my parcel arrived it was also full of other goodies. I will definitely use this company again.

i had preordered my order and it came before the expected shipping date and was well wrapped, there were a few treats in my parcel as well which made the whole experience so much more exciting!!

Preordered a Hatsune Miku sakura statue which was super easy to do on their website. It was delivered in time with the release, and even got a few little freebies!! Well packed and I love it. Will be ordering again for sure.

Product as described. Arrived months late but this was due to COVID. They gave me free Japanese snacks as compensation.

I've bought from Estatic Arts many times at conventions but only recently bought a pre-order from their online store. The pre-order process went really smoothly, the parcel was tracked and there were some free goodies inside when it came, which was a really pleasant surprise. Would definitely use the online store again. :)

Delivery was super fast! And the item was exactly how it was described! Wouldn't hesitate to buy again from them!

Estatic Arts has an easy to navigate website with a search bar with plenty of useful filters and search functions to help me find the products I was looking for. It's categorised well and has a clean and aesthetically pleasing design that lets browsers to see the products clearly. Product pages include lots of information and pictures to be able to see your potential purchases. Signing up for a new account was painless and fast. Logging in provides lots of good links such as a Recently Viewed page and of course a detailed Order History. Shipping for the order was very quick and both outer box and inner packaging was completely undamaged. Plenty of packing material was included to ensure my figures arrived in perfect condition. Super happy with their website, their clear emails and the product I received. Will be shopping with them again - my new favourite merchandise store!
