The whole experience was very good. Exactly as Bruce explained everything. EsteGrande took very good care of us from booking, journey and procedure. As a first time visitor, they made me comfortable during my stay. The technicians and nurses were professionals and I am very happy with my result. It’s too soon to say anything about the growth and may follow up in future. I do recommend this place to anyone thinking of doing the hair transplant.

My point of contact was Ryan. Not only did he see pictures but also did a video consultation to speak about all my options. Going from NYC to Turkey is not an easy decision or trip. I spoke to other companies but only EsteGrande took their time to do a video consultation, others just needed the photos to tell me the cost. Ryan told me that once I arrived there was going to be a car waiting for me, a car to the hotel and hospital, that's exactly how everything happened. At the hospital, they take your vitals and check your blood before any procedure is done. The doctors were really nice and heard all my inputs with the help of a translator. The transplant lasted about 6-7 hours. The only pain I felt was when they were adding the antiscia but for the next 6-7 hours, I didn't feel anything. I was using my phone and hearing music during the transplant. I recommend this esteGrande to anyone looking to change their life.

I highly recommend esteGrande for hair transplants. This is my second time dealing with this company, having my first hair transplant in 2020, I wanted to add more density so I got back in touch with them and Rober was extremely helpful from the start. They organise all of your hotels/transfers and keep you updated all the time. On the day of the procedure the staff and doctors are all very helpful and professional which puts you at ease. They follow up with help and guidance on your aftercare and are always available if you have any questions. I am delighted with the results so far and cannot wait to see the final result next year. I cannot recommend esteGrande enough!

Unprofessional way to treat clients when it comes to customer service after operation.

On September 2022 I went for fue operation at Estegrande in Turkey obviously after I had send all the necessary information I was asked to provide from the clinic with photos and the area I wish to implant grafts. I also informed the clinic that this was my second FUE operation which was done in another clinic so I made it clear ( and I have all the messages on WhatsApp with photos) that I wish  to have more density in the crown area. So far everything seems fine and they always replied yes no problem.

After operation I immediately draw their Attention that from what I could see they implanted much more grafts on the front where I didn't need instead on the crown but they told me wait for the result.

After 14 months I contacted a representative of Estegrande where I told him that I was not happy with the result and I also told him its useless if I wait more time as the photos says it all grafts where implanted in the wrong place.
He told me several times that someone from the medical department will contact you but NO ONE EVER DID SO !!!! Is this the professionality you treat clients with ?? Waiting for a reply that never came. Shame on you Estegrande!!!! But at this point you left me no choice but to do this and I will let everyone know how Unprofessional you are when it come with customer service.

EsteGrande was fantastic from start to finish. This was my client's second hair transplant, both with EsteGrande. The first one was great and this second one was a "top up" the results from last year were very good and EsteGrande set up really high standards with attention to detail, care and aftercare. Well, this second time was event better!

I utilized their services for hair transplant. Coming from USA I was a bit skeptical but they took very good care of us. The whole team of doctors and medical staff was very nice. Ryan who signed us up and made all arrangements had been very very supportive and prompt in his responses. I just landed back after getting the procedure done and would highly recommend it to my friends.
