I am reviewing 2 weeks after my surgery, and not yet confirmed my result. However, I have been VERY impressed by the fact that they do FULL blood test to make sure the risk of contamination is minimized. This is very important to me. Also, my representative RYANM is very helpful, responsive and friendly. The translator was also fantastic. I was overall pleased with EsteGrande & I wish them continued success.

Great experience all around. Everyone was super friendly, professional and helpful. I felt like I was being guided and helped out at every step and I never had to stress about anything once. I am very happy with everything!

Really great experience. All the members of the este Grande staff are well trained in their particular field. Initially I was well received from the consultant Bruce and he kept me in touch with everything thats going on.
The Translators also ensured the communication was transparent between members of staff and myself.
The Hair transplant operations was successful due to their experience staff they did their job in a fantastic manner.

I have been suffering from hair loss for about 20 years. I thought a lot about getting a hair transplant, but I was hesitant until a friend of my brother had the procedure at esteGrande in Istanbul. I waited to see his results, and after a few months, I was impressed with how natural and happy he looked. So, I went to the same clinic and am very happy with my choice. I am a few months post-operation, and my hair looks very natural. Not only were my results great, but my experience was also excellent. The staff at the clinic, especially Mr. Rober, who gave me an awesome consultation and arranged everything perfectly, was amazing. I also want to thank the doctor, who is a highly experienced expert, the luxurious hotel that was very close to the clinic, and of course, the beautiful city of Istanbul. It was a vacation and procedure in one! I highly recommend it! In other words, I would like to say that this place changed my life because now I love to visit my relatives and friends and party, which I was worried and conscious about doing before my hair transplant. Big thanks to esteGrande for your service! Thanks to you, I turned into a completely different person. I can't thank you enough

Their team at Este Grande is Awesome. Nurses, doctor, translators, and even the hotel was great. I heard about them through my brother who had a hair transplant as well. I would highly recommend!!

The whole team at Este Grande are really professional but still friendly and provide a great service from start to finish. Both times I went to them they went out of their way to answer all questions and guide me through the process. The front of house team are very knowledgeable and helpful. The team who did procedures were friendly, helpful and professional and exactly what they were doing. I cant recommend Este Grande highly enough

worst experience of my life, dont go to this place
este grande, dogy people. they tell u they will perform ur treatment at este grande and when u arrive there they will take to near by local hospital which is not este grande. the guy whos name is Bruce ask you to pay deposit which is 500 pounds and that is totally non refundable even if they dont perform operation for any dogy reasons. they take my blood test and tell me after that we cant perform hair transplant because we detect hepatitis c in ur blood test, and ask for another 300 pounds for the hospital hire expenses. i was very disappinted and worried about it that how come i catch hepatitis, i never had any symptoms, Bruce will not return my 350 pound deposit and charge me another 300 for the hospital expenses, which they did ony blood test. when i come back to uk i straight away booked appointemet with my GP and go for full blood test , for hepatitis, and after few days i got the test report which says i dont have any hepatitis A B OR C, no virus at all. these este grande people totally fruad , waste of time, play with your emotions . stay away from them

I underwent a hair transplant surgery two days ago and have been immensely satisfied with the results so far. Unfortunately, on the second day, I accidentally bumped my head while exiting the car, causing it to bleed. I promptly messaged Jack, and to my relief, received a call from him within seconds. They immediately arranged for me to return to the hospital.Upon reaching the hospital, the doctor was already prepared and swiftly examined the injury. After ensuring the grafts were unaffected, they carefully cleaned the wound. I felt incredibly well cared for and in safe hands throughout the process. Throughout the entire process, Jack maintained excellent communication with me, demonstrating consistent support and responsiveness from start to finish and he still is in contact with me. Additionally, Bruce, whom I encountered at the hospital, was remarkably friendly and offered continuous support during my stay. I wholeheartedly endorse EsteGrande; their entire staff demonstrates exceptional professionalism.

Good customer service. Rober was my medical consultant and was even replying on his days off. Was very nervous on the day. but am now excited for the results and will post another review in around 6 months.

My transplant was about 2 years ago. I was asked to write a review on the spot. Didn’t feel comfortable because I wanted to see results first. But I did anyways because the staff were all nice people great customer service. But it seemed like those doing the transplant were very young and somewhat inexperienced. Long story short this year 2023 I had to find another clinic and Turkey to redo my hair transplant. New clinic was a little more expensive but honestly it came out much better. You get what you pay for. Not to bash este grande, again the staff were really nice. But yes I had to do transplant 2nd time with another clinic and saw great results.

Excellent experience with Este Grande and my contact Ryan. Thoroughly professional and competent handling of the whole process by the company.
I will surely recommend to all who ask.

Had a great experience with Este Grande. Bruce was excellent and had everything organised from airport transfers, the hotel, and the procedure itself. My interpreter at the hospital was a really nice guy and very helpful. The surgical team did a great job. It is one week post-op, so I am looking forward to seeing the results over the coming months and I am sure este grande will keep in touch to see the progress and answer any queries I may have.

What a fantastic experience I had from the point of first contact with esteGrande . (Rober) was the guy I was dealing with for all the bookings and information. I was feeling a little nervous about the whole process but (Rober) was always extremely helpful with any questions I had about the procedure and travel inquiry’s. The service from getting picked up at the airport to all the travel from the hotel to the hospital was 5 star very easy and hassle free. Once you get to the hospital all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or information you mite need. And for the procedure everyone is fantastic at making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I have found that even now that I’m home the last few weeks they have been very good at keeping in touch with me to see how the recovery and aftercare is going asking me to send check up photos so they can tellyou how it is all looking and so far everything is perfect which is great couldn’ be happier with how it’s going. Wound highly recommend esteGrande if your thinking of having this done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had my hair transplant done a few days ago ,I was a little scared about going all the way to Turkey to get it done but bruce was with me every step of the way! The transfers from and to the clinic was amazing and so was the hotel I stayed in ! Am so glad I got it done with este grande now , the surgeons doing the work on me head was very professionally and did an excellent job ! I will update my review in 6 months time on how my hair has grown back , thank you so much guys !! 🙏
