Hire car -
The front section of my car got stolen and esure wouldn’t extend my hire car whilst the part was sourced and fitted. I also pay the optional extra for a hire car. Completely unexceptable when other insurance companies will pay for a hire car for the whole time you do not have your vehicle

Claim process not fit for purpose
Currently doing my first claim.
Nightmare, cannot talk to customer service...chat bot b/s.
Finally get on chat page with customer service..spent 5 minutes typing in all the details, then get transferred to somebody else who doesn't have the chat details.
Courtesey car included in the policy not provided. Dealt with by Enterprise hire car who needed all the details provided to the insurance company but branch wouldn't provide car even though it was agreed. 4 days after accident and still do not have car.
Would never buy insurance from them again
Further to that; they refused to repair all the damage caused in the accident despite paint from the other car being transferred.
Got the car back after repair from esure approved repair shop( 40 miles away from me)..new tyre (part of claim and charged to insurance) not fitted; electric mirror no longer worked and passenger window would not shut correctly..mis aligned after new door fitted.
Car has to be collected again and taken back.
