The rings I ordered were exactly what I wanted and they were very nice quality. They were gifts and the people who I gave them to were very excited about them.

This was my first purchase from Eternate and I was pleased with my experience. I bought the “Bezel Set Birthstone Station Bracelet” in gold vermil for a gift. When it arrived, I was impressed with the compact packaging. The box it came in was in perfect condition. The bracelet looks great.

In love with it!! I got my four boys’ birthstones in November and haven’t taken it off since then. It hasn’t tarnished or anything I’m obsessed with it. ✨

The infinity rings are excellent and exactly what I was looking for but the 14k gold bracelet was great except how thin it was. The price for the bracelet is a bit too much for what you actually get. The gemstones were perfect though. Overall very good experience with you.

I ordered a moi et toi gemstone necklace for my mom as a gift. The necklace arrived in the expected time frame, and is very pretty. I was pleasantly surprised by how sparkly the chain was! A lovely gift altogether. The reason I docked one star is that the box presentation could have been better: specifically, the chain should be taped or tethered down somehow on the cardboard backer. Instead of being able to take the necklace out and put it on her right away, I had to spend about five minutes untangling the chain for her. If the idea is to market a luxurious gift and memorable moment, a tangled chain kind of deflated that experience. All in all a beautiful item that she loves, but please tape down the necklace chains in future.

After a horrific first experience with an engagement ring debacle, Eternate redeemed themselves very well with my current birthstone ring. It is beautiful- the sapphires shine brightly and fits great.

The bracelet is beautiful and the customer service was top tier! I ordered a birthstone bracelet to gift my MIL this year but I guessed on the wrist size. Once I confirmed the correct size, I emailed Eternate customer service who corrected my order easily and quickly so that she would have the perfect gift! Thanks again! It was just what I expected. It’s beautiful

I ordered two birthstone pieces for Christmas. A necklace and a bracelet. The items arrived later than expected. The bracelet clearly had the incorrect birthstones. One should have been a pinkish purple hue, but it was clear colored. I reached out about the issue immediately and was told to email. I did and did not receive a reply for more than a day. So I reached out again. They acquiesced to chat, and so I explained the issue. They told me that the smaller gems appear lighter in color. Okay, no problem, right? Except the necklace has the exact same gem size, and that had the correct birthstone. The online chat rep, Hazel, only argued about the point. When asking for a replacement, she said that they could not expedite any of the work to get it done. Absolutely a terrible experience, and a horrible company to work with. I would not recommend buying custom jewelry from them. For pieces that cost several hundreds of dollars, the least that could be done is to confirm the order is right, or the courtesy to fix it ASAP.

I absolutely love my new ring, the only thing is there is not a real picture of the actual ring and so from the pictures that are available, the stones look much larger than they actually are. I still love the ring i just wish i had known the stones were going to be very tiny.
