The shoes are amazing
The shoes are amazing! I already have 6 different pairs. They are really comfortable and the material feels great. I can walk in them all day and my feet don’t hurt. The shoe sole is super soft and it feels good wearing them. Everything from check out to delivery is super fast and easy. I love those shoes!

Order two sizes if not sure and choose based on that.
The design is perfect as per my style. My only concern is the size of the products. For example the suede versions and the loafers seem to be bigger compared to the napa leather versions. I have 4 shoes from ETQ and this characteristic is not listed on the website, it is truly from my own experience. I recommend cheking the size chart per each individual model.

Returned Item Delivered – Still No Refund After a Month
I never write reviews but I will given my experience.
I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and unfortunately had to return them. I used their official return portal, followed all instructions correctly, and the tracking clearly shows the items were delivered back to them. The return receipt also confirms the recorded weight of the parcel, so there’s no dispute that the items were sent and received.
It has now been over a month and I still haven’t received my refund.
Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Responses take days, and when they do reply, there’s no clear resolution or timeline provided. It feels like I’m being ignored despite having clear proof that the return was delivered.
At this point, I’m left without the shoes and without my money. Very frustrating experience, I wouldn’t order again based on how this return has been handled.

If buying from this company please be aware that they have a very strict 14 day return policy. My partner ordered some shoes for her son and ordered them over 2 weeks before his birthday (to ensure they would arrive in time as they were coming from Amsterdam!!) the shoes did not fit so when she tried to exchange for the larger size 20 days from delivery date it was a very clear no refund and/or exchange for any reason!!! She now has a worthless pair of shoes costing over £200. Please be aware

ETQ company sells low-quality shoes at high prices. The sizes don't match, because a size 43 could be a 44 or a 45. Their return management is terrible. They only know how to advertise to customers in other countries, who then have trouble returning them (which costs the customer money). I recommend not buying because the company has low standards.
