Sold me earphones of a popular brand but they were fake, and they don't reply

I bought a battery 6 months ago fir doorbell and doesn't get used month. Stopped working abd I emailed customer service and they do not reply. Very disappointed in communications and being sold a battery that does not last

I needed a new charger for an old mobile phone. Theirs was the cheapest I could find. I opted for free delivery and placed the order on Thursday. The charger arrived on Saturday. It was well wrapped inside a sturdy box. It works perfectly. It is branded FX and is better than my original charger because it has a red indicator light.

I’m glad that this charger has salvaged my old mobile phone.

I bought a watch from them. It stopped working as soon as I adjusted it to the correct time. They didn't respond to my emails asking for a refund. Now I'm asking my credit card company to do a chargeback.
It was only a small amount but they make thei money from people who don't bother to reclaim, so preferably don't order from them but if you do and you don't get your goods or they are faulty, make sure you ask your bank for a refund.

You will order what you want they will not send the right item or missing . The phone number given connects to a clown sitting in india . Keep saying promise send you the one you order or mising but they never . Dont fall for it end of the day your hard earned money . Brain in ass .

Avoid at all costs! Ordered some lights and a stand. Only the lights turned up. They're almost impossible to get hold off - their phone line just dies after three rings (which is dodgy in itself). A guy called me back to say they'd sort it out. They haven't!

Ordered something on June 21st did not hear back at all, rang the 0800 number on the 25th July and have not heard back. No refund has been given and I have been forced to chargeback the money.
Avoid.

Ordered some watch batteries, 2 weeks later no delivery… Emailes the customer services but it didn’t send… Called 0800 number but spoke to someone abroad, clearly not in UK… Three days later person hasn’t got back to me… I expect better..👎

No order delivered . Email to customer service undeliverable, phone number invalid . Avoid , this website is a scam. Have raised a debit card dispute with my bank .

My order hasn't arrived and I've emailed and tried to call them and no one answers. In future I'll only buy from well known and trusted online stores.

Good quality timer, arrived quickly in packaging I could recycle

Order item at the beginning of June and payment taken straight out of my account. When had not arrived chased up was advised last item in stock and had found damaged and could either cancel or wait until back in stock. Waited to see if back in stock - according to its website it is - but still no item delivered. Chase up again to cancel and advised will be sent to refunds department. No contact. Have chased up twice with still no response. As others have said - which I wish I’d seen sooner - do not order from this site.

Easy to order, kept advised of progress, delivered within the time frame indicated and that was quick, well packaged and its what I ordered, good quality product and reasonable price
