SELLING FAULTY ELECTRICAL GOODS.
My elderly mother purchased a Toaster from this company ..a month later after it exploded in her kitchen (Nearly injuring my 6 year old daughter)she is still trying to get her money back. This company sell "Faulty Electrical Goods",yet seemingly have a selection of positive reviews on here 'surprise surprise'. CHECK REVIEWS ELSEWHERE - before purchasing from them because I can 100 % tell you if you have any issues with your Electrical goods they are not helpful in the slightest and not willing to refund! This company has also been reported to the Ombudsman.
My mother is currently attempting to claim her money back via a case with this company on PayPal, so any response they leave suggesting it is her fault; or that they are trying to/Have helped- is completely false.
BE WARNED.

Horrorble Communication And Abusive Customer Service.
Responses to my messages were like they never looked at the orders and read my previous messages at all. Asking for a simple 30 second favor they said would do but never did waited over a week waiting then they go do the complete opposite along with abuse absolutely unprovoked because I left "so many emails". Gee, I wonder why.
