First you place an order at them. Then they order from main warehouse in China. Pays tax in Germany. And send it to you. It works. Even though delivery time is a bit slow. But a bit confusing when I'm used to just order from China or Chinese companies EU warehouses. Product perfect and support was perfect.

Order for Mi Note 3!
I placed order for Mi Note 3, payment was made and the order was accepted. 4 working days later the price was raised with 5%, order was still on "processing". Attempts to contact the support were futile.
Several days later I got email regarding refunding my money, and that's it! Two weeks my funds were blocked, no goods, no info on the purchase, no support no nothing.
The web site is hosted in France, the support is in Croatia and the company itself is registered in Panama.
