YG travels have provided a safe & reliable service for school runs for my daughter for the past 3 years. I am impressed with Jaya’s quick response & ‘kid’s safety first’ attitude. Recently, they accommodated our exchange student on the coach, which was really kind & considerate. Thank you!

Very poor customer service. No responses to the queries you ask while using their services. The customer service used to be good when we started using their services for school run but has deteriorated.

Mrs Jaya Sajnani send for me a contract to sign from 15/08 to pay 295£..no cancellation for this contract..When I asked how can I pay on 15/08 and GCSE result will be on 22/08 so I don’t know if my daughter will have a place or not they take my daughter out from the list. So if my daughter have no place I must pay 295£ for 9 months. Bad company to get my money like this. I wouldn't recommend this company for any one. I have all the email from this company.

Absolute disgrace. Lack of decent customer service, rude, unhelpful, abrupt and arrogant.
The staff reduced me to tears with their rude responses on the phone.
Will never use them again.
Stay away. Very disappointed especially as they are extortionate

A personalised executive coach service that was highly attentive to all my requests and needs. The coach was comfortable and prompt and the driver very communicative. Would definitely use them again.

Outraged with the YGT and how they have treated our group booking.
We understand the pandemics we are facing, but it is out of our hands.
Our booking has been cancelled and a refund has not been offered or issued, credit notes & vouchers are not what we as a group want.
You took the money and haven’t provided the service.
We would like our money back for what we haven’t received

YG Travel has excellent customer service with reasonable prices, drivers are well trained...... I highly recommend it.
