Great product. Shipping is a little slow. In their website it says order ships within 2 business days, mine didn’t. It took an extra day or two. But the product is so good it’s worth the wait.

I had some issues with placing an online order. I reached out to Naa-Sakle Akuete and received a prompt email response. She dedicatedly worked to ensure the matter (which turned out to be a technical hitch on the website) was satisfactorily resolved. How often do you have a company COO personallly assist a customer with a problem?
To add to that she offered a discount on my order for my inconvenience!!!
Love the product, love the packaging and presentation and the customer service equally delivered the same level of quality.

Love multiple products of there’s . Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and my favorite Vitamin E and Aegean oil. Use TGIN from my head to my toes. 😀👍🏽

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the 100% Raw Shea Butter. I get contact dermatitis on my hands and it's the only thing that clears it up and helps control the itching. The service is fantastic, too.

Delivery was slower than anticipated.

I have been using these products for many months and absolutely love them. During the cold winter months of New England, I use to suffer from dry, cracked skin on the tips of my fingers; I dreaded winter because of this and no product seemed to help until Eu’Genia Shea. I’ve used all four tins but especially love the Most Shea and use this religiously, not only during the winter, but all year round.

Great product! Makes an excellent gift

This product is wonderful. My wife and i love it. My left elbow stays ashy. Other lotions would help for maybe an hour. I can apply this one in the morning and I'm good for the whole day.
