Eurobookings/hotelsone

Eurobookings/hotelsone. Same awful business. Website failed during booking. Ended up with 2 rooms when I only wanted one. Took me 66 days to resolve with tens of emails and calls plus the intervention of my bank. So much more I could write. But do yourself a favour DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - you will need another holiday if you do to undo the stress.

Misleading!!

I had to cancel my hotel booking when I noticed I never received a confirmation. I was sure I had booked directly with the hotel. But they could not find my reservation and told me I booked with Expedia. I was sure I haven't but contacted them anyway. They told me I had booked via Euro Bookings of which I never heard of. They're in England and only have a customer service by phone. So I had no choice then to make a rather expensive call to Londen. The connection was terrible but luckily I managed to cancel my booking. I was really convinced that i booked directly at the hotel and when i read the reviews here I understand i was not the only one. Its misleading!

Scammers

As per other reviews, I thought I was booking directly with hotel. Site crashed and no confirmation email received so I repeated the process. Turned up at hotel to find 2 rooms booked and paid for (only required 1). Spent 2 days trying to sort out and continually being told my hotel would be contacted as a priority and I would receive an email confirming the refund but I did not. Each telephone call was lengthy and tonight’s was over 19 minutes and was eventually cut off. Asian female called back and informed me I had only been charged for one hotel room which is not true as credit card company confirmed 2 identical charges. Have raised dispute via card provider. Suffice to say I will never use Expedia or Euro Bookings again and be doubly careful when making any bookings direct. Scammers!!

less that one if possible. They charged over $1,000.00 and will not refund as they claim my reservation was not refundable. Yet the hotel never got their money either. Pure FRAUD

they take out ads on hotels web pages designed to look like the booking option for the hotel. You think you are booking through the hotel but instead eurobookings as well as hotelone (partners with expedia) arrange the reservation. On the back end they refuse to give a receipt for the transaction, making expense reporting a pain.

I went online booked through Expedia…

I went online booked through Expedia for a certain night. They charged my card for the same night I was online. I was sent down a rabbit hole making calls and being transferred. I dispute was put in and declined for unknown reason. I now have a fraud case with my bank. I received a confirmation for the actual date I booked but not for the random date they charged me almost $500 bucks. These guys are shady and should be shut down

Complete nightmare

Complete nightmare, thought I was booking directly with hotel. Contacted hotel told I booked through Expedia, contacted Expedia told I booked through Eurobookings. Managed to contact them eventually. No email confirmation sent, so had no booking reference. Eventually spoke to someone who found reservation and cancelled booking. email confirmation of cancellation eventually received.

SCAMMER AND FRAUD ALERT…

SCAMMER AND FRAUD ALERT…
Never use this company or Hotelsone.
They took payment although it was pay on arrival at the hotel. The hotel had no record of my booking. I never received an email confirmation from Eurobookings and they refuse to refund their mistake.
You can raise a disrupt resolution with your bank against unauthorised payment and report this company. They need to be stopped.

Total scammers

Total scammers. AVOID. I thought I was making a direct reservation with the hotel. Site kept crashing and process never concluded. As I'd had no confirmation email, I gave up and booked using another bookings company. I now find they have charged my card for the booking, so I've paid twice for the same stay. Reading other reviews it seems not worth trying to recover my money. Do not use!

Never ever use this company

This company is a total fraud. I went on what I thought was the hotel Bellagio website to make a reservation which was 10 months into the future. They did a good job of disguising that I was not on the Bellagio site. Lo and behold the reservation was through this company which did not make it clear that the payment (total amount for the stay) was non-refundable, until I printed the reservation. When I immediately called to see if I could change it to a refundable reservation they refused. They further cancelled the reservation with the hotel since they said by disputing the charge I was the one cancelling. When I called them the CSR admitted that they were the ones who cancelled the reservation with the hotel. I asked to have the reservation reinstated, but they refused. The hotel was of no help either. So now I'm out the money and have no reservation. They were downright nasty when I called them to try to come to a resolution. From now on I will only call a hotel to make a reservation. My advice is to triple check to make sure you are on the website you intended.

Fraud!!! Called 5 different numbers to get hung-up on, transferred, put on hold. Thieves!!!! Cancelled and was told need to get a waiver from the hotel. THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE. Spoke with hotel owner and they do not hold wavers from booking agents. These people are scammers who cheat, lie and steal.

Avoid Eurobooking Scam!

Apparently you may be using Eurobookings when you think you are using Travelocity. They have a different cancellation policy than Travelocity and if you miss their window of cancellation they have 0 customer service to help you. It's a nightmare. I've been crying for 2 days for losing money I don't have. Avoid this scam! Book directly with a hotel!

Fraud

Do not trust the reviews => lots of fake reviews here to incite people to trust them. But look at the numbers.
Most likely working in collab with eurobooking.online to scam people, just check the whois domain name. Although the website looks old, it is recently registered. So beware, all of this is part of a very elaborate scam.
I have lost quite some money with them, but I have learned a hard lesson. I have also reported them to the authorities, I hope they shut them down soon to prevent more people from falling in their elaborate deceitful schemes.

Beware of Expedia/Eurobookings

I made a reservation I thought through Expedia. Never got a confirmation. My credit card statement arrived with two separate reservations. Called Expedia. They said they had no record. Called hotel. They gave me two reservations they received through Expedia. Called Expedia again. They disconnected twice. Went online. Spent an hour on chat. Only to be told the reservation was made through Eurobookings ;I never heard of them. Still trying to get one reservation cancelled. Tried their customer service. Can’t get help without a reservation number which I don’t have. DONT YSE EXPEDIA .

MISLEADING- TERRIBLE SERVICE

very misleading, I thought booked through hotel directly.
This company is now affiliated with Expedia and I cannot believe the level of bad service. No stars if could !
I have made over 10 phone calls to either Eurobooking or Expedia and neither can issue a tax invoice which needed as a business booking. DO NOT USE. The calls are to the US/Phillipines and so expensive, they put me on hold for a long time and even cut me off. They told me they had no complaints department and the supposed supervisor who gave their name full name as AR did not even know if they had a governing body regulating them ! I am disgusted at the way this company is allowed to still carry on without consequence. DO NOT USE

I thought I was booking with the hotel directly…

I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. Clicked on the book reservation on the hotel website and booked my reservation. I never received a confirmation email from then. Called the hotel to make sure I had the reservation and that they would accommodate my requested needs and was told my reservation was for 1 night and not the 2 that I was planning. Hotel gave me Expedia's name as the company who I booked through. As of this writing, I do not know what my charge will be for this 1 night stay but my little get away has been spoiled now. All my plans need to be changed. I don't want to take the chance of not showing up and getting booked for the room anyway.

I accidently went through this website and it was terrible

I thought I went to a specific hotel site to book a room and somehow got redirected to this website. I ended up paying $90 more per night (2 night stay) for my wife and I. Also I never received a confirmation email prior to my departure. When I asked the hotel front desk about why the price was so much more than they listed they printed a receipt which said I booked on Expedia. I checked my Expedia account and their was no booking listed for this hotel. After multiple calls to Expedia they transferred me to this eurobookings and they said they were a "partner of Expedia". If they are a partner why didn't that hotel show up on my Expedia account? Well it's a ripoff and I'm going to cancel my Expedia account and I do not recommend this site whatsoever.
