The transfer process was almost flawless. However, when I tried to update my own contact address, I was notified that any update would be charged as a trade, hence it would be billable costing twice t... See more

Bad experience ever.
They have 5 days to provide you with a transfer code and will make full use of those 5 days.
In the hope that you forget and that your domain name is automatically renewed.
They will also send you a link from ICANN to prove they have 5 days.
And they act as if they are obliged to wait 5 days, but that is not the case at all.

This kind of company makes my blood crawl. When you get the domain ( for which you paid handsomely), and you want to change it the DNS to point to your server, they have the nerve to charge 50 euros for that... 50 euro for changing the DNS? I make the change, there i literally nothing they have to do. Regardless of the B.S. they try to sell you, then of course, if you want to leave scammers like these, guess what another 50 euro we charge for transferring the domain.. in short, if you sneeze, you pay,
this is what they write "Transparent prices
No hidden costs or price jumps. We believe surprises are for birthdays only",
I am looking everywhere on the website where it clearly is mentioned that changing a DNS costs 50euro , as yet i have to find it
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. don't make the mistake I made as there are way better alternatives out there!!

I spent a lot of time finding domains (they offer literally thousands) and as I finally entered my card details (paying EUR 1500 ), immediately my cart was emptied and a message appeared "Payment declined".
I own (and coded) a large online store and it is clear that the data never was sent to a payment gateway but that their site itself decided that the payment details somehow must be suspicious. Well - it's issued by an Austrian bank, the balance is EUR 74,000 and the daily limit is EUR 3,300. Amazon and all other merchants in the EU never declined it. Only EuroDNS..
They have more issues with their site: When you add another site when you've already started the checkout process, they won't let you alter the DNS servers anymore. And I had to do that, since their store "lost" the CN domain I'd added.
UPDATE: They got back to me and were rude "Considering that your bank has a reputation much higher than Elon Musk's,..."
They mentioned the error code that their payment processor Ingenico issued, claiming my bank was to blame. However when I read the documentation for that error, it's clear that it's a bug in Ingenico's API handling:
105 - Invalid paRes from issuer
Cause: The issuer returns an URL-encoded PaRes or MD.
Solution: URL-decode the PaRes and MD before submitting them in the /payments/details request.
Cause: The issuer returns the correct PaRes value, but the parameter name is different from PaRes, for example PaResponse or paRes
Solution: Ingenico/Adyen only accepts this parameter as PaRes. If the issuer has returned something different, make sure that you change it to PaRes before submitting it in the /payments/details request.

Fast, very competent support. Well-functioning backend with which the domain transfer could be done without any problems.

EuroDNS is reliable, fairly priced, and convenient in that they offer themselves as the local residency as required for DE domains.
I've never had a problem with them, although the website is sometimes unintuitive to navigate.

I really liked the series of notices given so that the renewal of my domain is not late.

Tries to get additional fees for domain names that are not expired due to an error in their systems/database "eating" a few days of registration.
Support staff is unable to check the WHOIS of a domain name to look up the proper expiration day.
Bad service and only robotic very superficial support, would not recommend for professional services.

Trustworthy and great interfaces to manage domains. We've been using EuroDNS for many years and no complaints.
EuroDNS makes it really easy to manage your domains, SSL certificates, webhosting and email at competitive rates.
Stay away from this Scammy website, Their business model is :
list all unavailable domain names at reasonable price say 50 Euro . and get customer to pay another 50 Euro for service ( i.e manual registration fee non refundable ) then once they get your money, there won't be any activity for 24 hours and after that they come back with apology that domain wasn't available , they refund 50% of your money but they still charge for the manual service fee and that part is non refundable so you technically get into this trap and loose 50% of your money and can't complain due to the fact that you agreed with their T&Cs. so just stay away from them and use other reputable brands.
