Confusing and overpriced
You think you get a message about your domain expiring, but no, it's the 'privacy registration', because you have to pay extra (more than the domain is worth) for them not to spew your personal details all over the internet. Great service guys, really makes me trust you...

Renewing prescription
I got an email saying that one of my products was about to expire and that I had to renew it. I got the mail one day before... This added additional unnecessary pressure.
The system was unresponsive and repetitive. On three pages 3 different messages were communicated.

Nice people and very responsive to reviews! Customer service is great.
Ordered a domain that unfortunately wasn't available - they contacted me and refunded me but only partially by mistake. Left a review and within a couple of hours they spotted it and got it all sorted out for me.
On the website itself - great choice of unique domains and a very straight forward to use site.

If I disable the Whois protection and then try to re-enable it, I am charged a fee. It is a dirty business.
