Pls think before you go to Eurofin
I done my test a day before my flight, when I received my test result, it says retest required, and result will be after 12 hours, they refuse to help me, did not refund my money, I was going to loose my ticket which was going cost me around £700.
Then I did test with an another company ,
it was bit expensive but they gave result in 3 hours, and i travelled on that result. I won't recommend any one to go to Eurofins, choice is yours..

Thank you for leaving your review, We are sorry to hear that you never got your test results.
There are many reasons why your sample was rejected. This was includes, when we received it there was no swab in the tube / not enough liquid in the sample tube to obtain a clear sample / not enough RNA detected on sample / sample not been corrected properly
I apologise if this caused any upset, however, when a test fails we retest them again to confirm this result. You then require a new test.

Thank you for your review. On checking your account we see that your sample failed and that you would have to retest. There are many reasons a sample failed, not enough liquid in tube, not enough data on the swab, swab not in test tube, Swab put in tube upside down.
We must provide honest accurate results and on this occasion have been unable to do so.

My appointment was for 10:40am and no one showed up at the site until past 11am. No apologies whatsoever to the people standing outside.
Also, the fumes from your generator at the back is just wrong. People are standing outside and inhaling smoke.

Bad Experience
I gave them because they make miss my flight and I have to pay extra money to rebook my flight just because they couldn't find my COVID TEST IN THE LABORATORY very bad experience to ever..am not happy at to eurofin company well am still expecting them to REFUND my money back because they make me £120 for an Emergency test at HEATHROW AIRPORT the next day...
