No good for international travel outside EU
I went for a covid test for a trip to South africa via Dubai. The price was good, the location was convenient and it said that a travel certificate would follow.
When I arrived for the test, it wasn't clinically supervised, nor did they check my identity or note my passport number for the results, which is essential for international travel. As a result I immediately booked another test at Gatwick Airport, incurring cost of a train ticket, duplicate tests and an afternoon of work time. Would not recommend for international travel outside Europe.

I am sorry to hear your experience with us was not the best on this occasion.

Overall very happy with Eurofins service. I was reccomended by a friend , so I ordered/booked a Fit Yo Fly PCR test online. It was sent to a local Travel shop and they guide and supervised my Test and sent it via courier . Easy and straight forward to use . I highly reccomend them .

Test results cannot be trusted
Test results cannot be trusted! I did a test here and got two different certificates with two different barcodes but my name on both. Obviously, one test (or both) belonged to a different person. When I reported, I was told the test had been uploaded wrongly and belonged to the previous customer tested before me but the sample time listed on the certificate was for a sample taken after mine. The errors for tests meant to ensure public safety are of great concern.
