Received 3/4 of the test results. I phoned multiple times phone kept cutting off when being put through to ‘secondary phone line’ I emailed multiple times to eventually received an email to say they were retesting the sample. I had to book elsewhere as no faith left in this company. Eventually received a positive test result after 11hours, yet the company I rebooked with provided me with a negative result.
Would not recommend and would not use again which is a shame because booking and the app were good. I have now requested a refund.

We booked the VIP rapid test drive through as we were flying Emirates and needed the test done within48 hours. We live in Cornwall and drove up the previous day to get this done in the correct timescale. My husbands came
through but mine didn't.
The only phone number we had didn't work on a Sunday. We had to drive back to the test centre. The staff were very helpful and tried to put us in touch with a supervisor, we were cut off but eventually got through apparently my sample had been analysed, but the sample had been put through again due to human error. We now only had 7 hours before we flew. Thankfully after a lot of chasing the result came through as we were checking in. I cannot convey the stress we went throught . We are in our 70's and had paid a lot of money for this holiday to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary.

Highly recommended. The staff were extremely helpful and patient, in the pouring rain, helping me through the problems I was having accessing the booking details on the App. The results came through promptly and as advised, and I will be using their services again.
My only suggestion would be the availability of a good wi-fi signal, which would be very helpful, otherwise a great service, at a great price.

My suspicion proved right when I received positive results. I immediately did two further lateral flow tests that proved negative. I followed with another PCR test from North London Labs that confirmed negative. Your fake results cost me £199 to change my flights, £450 fine for my car hire in Nairobi, £99 for another professional test. To say I hate you is an understatement!! You owe me that much and soon and very soon I believe we will meet in court. I will be sharing my experiences with the media.

The airline refused to issue boarding passes as they don't accept the drive-through PCR test certificate issued by the Eurofins and when I called them attendant was too rude and she don't want to listen, I asked for compensation and she hang-up the call. Very bad customer service and even they will not guide you to ensure you are taking test 48 or 72 hr before the flight.

Very quick and easy process, overall very happy and would definitely recommend Eurofins Heathrow to others.
Would just say that as an international traveller it would have been good to warn us that we needed to register online once at the site as we had no internet capabilities and it cost us an extra ten pounds to call the helpdesk to arrange

Appalling company and service, booked two tests with this company, they weren’t very clear in the description and as soon as I’d paid and received order confirmation I realised they were the wrong ones, called their customer service team straight away and was advised to email explaining the situation and they would swap the test for the one I needed, well I’ve done this and there are no dates released for when I need, now they are wanting to charge a cancellation fee when I’m quite happy to change to another one of their services but they haven’t released the dates. Now I’m 6 days into email conversations with multiple people from there and they all have different resolutions now of which meet our requirements, they’re unwilling to give a full refund even though they can’t fulfil a service I’m happy to take. My advice would be to steer well clear of Eurofins

We paid for VIP Service. We had a test at 11.17am email response at 4pm saying no data available. Went back to test centre feeling very worried and stressed. Young man very helpfully at drive through test centre phoned up eurofin and did his best but no luck so gave us the phone number for us to keep trying. After many phone calls at our expense we were told server problems. That’s all we were told . Wouldn’t tell us if we were positive or negative so still panicking. Finally at 2am just 7 hours before our flight we got our results, then still had to do check in for flight. This is not acceptable and ruined the start of our holiday. We were so stressed we were on the verge of going home. We then heard on the flight we didn’t need a PCR test just an antigen test.. why on earth did eurofin not tell us this. We could have done that instead and would not of cost us £180. We feel a refund is the least eurofin should do for all the stress and cost of phone calls we endured.

Extremely disappointed. Arrived at the airport with my 2 year old daughter and wife to check in to our emirates flight to be told the PCR tests conducted are not suitable for our flight. Had to rebook our flight and now waiting for the results from Express Test. Do not rely on Eurofins and their claim all airlines accept their test. This has cost me a fortune.

Sandra at Eurofins- I have emailed Eurofins directly- and as I expected- you refuse to take responsibility. I believe you are falsely marketing the PCR tests as accepted by all airlines which is not the case and against the trading standards act which I will be reporting you to.

I was extremely impressed and grateful when receiving the prompt email after the travel rules had changed at the beginning of January, offering a refund when exchanging the day 2 PCR for Antigen. However, I didn't then receive the refund at all, it has been 20 days now and still waiting.

Friendly, helpful staff and quick result. 4/5 as had some issues with original booking that took some explaining to try and resolve via email - but this was sorted quickly once spoke with someone on the phone.
