After my sample got lost....and many phone calls
The problem was eventuality resolved..as this was day 2 it wasent too bad waiting longer for results which were finally found !!...I am happy to say that day 8 was done very promptly!...The assistance at the call centre was very professional and especially dealing with Champer!!
