Unable to Register & Poor Customer service.

I bought a Eurofins fit to fly with TrustOne but couldn't login or register the kit and I've not had any of my query emails acknowledged or answered. Now I'm stuck with 3 days before travel with no fit2fly test. It's hopeless. Also the Eurofins website FAQ dropdown doesn't work, or password reset at TrustOne. It's a total shambles.

Eurofins excellent company

I had to be tested prior going to France, due to no slot available and though the test was done 21 hres prior departure and being told the result may not arrive in time prior myself flying however I was very impressed that the result was emailed to me at 6 am The prompt service allowed me to fly home.
I did 2 tests Pre and post coming back,the eurofins's staffs were very professional and received an excellent service from them.

Was not accepted by Emirates upon…

Was not accepted by Emirates upon checking in for the flight and had to pay an additional £240 for a 3 hour turnaround at Heathrow.

Quick and easy process at a reasonable price

Quick and easy process at a reasonable price compared to other tests. The gentleman was very friendly and explained everything.

We had a great experience

We had a great experience, both gentlemen were professional and friendly. The results came as promised although the QR code didn’t work we were able to add them manually by printing them ( I recommend this anyway) and then photographing them.

Would recommend.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. We were tested at 17.40 and our results were back within 12 hours. They also have a 24 hour helpline for any problems. Would use again.

After doing a supervised pcr fit to fly…’retest’ but couldn’t offer me one in time to travel or a refund! Or a test for return! No advise given on how to get a test in time!

After doing a supervised pcr fit to fly test at sampling station, I got results back with ‘retest’. Called to ask what and how I could do that as I was due to fly that evening, to which I got the reply of we can’t help you, as our test takes 8 hours to get back, and they couldn’t offer me a refund, only another test, but this wouldn’t be any good as wouldn’t get results back in time! Couldn’t help with where I could get tested! And when I asked if I could get a lateral flow for my return, they said no, it has to be a pcr? Not very helpful at all, but happy to take the money and how could it not be correct, when I did what the instructor told me to do for the exact same time as my partner did next to me! Who’s results came back fine

Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback. There are many reasons a sample fails, including when we received it there was no swab in the tube / not enough liquid in the sample tube to obtain a clear sample / not enough RNA detected on sample / sample not been corrected properly. The usual process is that you would receive an email to advise you why.
We apologise if this caused any upset, however, when a test fails we retest them again to confirm this result. You then require a new test.

We were very happy with Eurofins…

We were very happy with Eurofins service. We had an appointment at 10.10 am for the PCR and results were back by 4.15 am.
The two men who supervised the testing were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Very bad service again definitely…

Very bad service again definitely wouldn’t use this company said we would get are results 15 minutes but still waiting 24hrs for results really unprofessional set up we were told to leave before test was completed but told we’re get results in 15 minutes but have never received them awful to get in touch with also. Very unreliable

In total we have had seven test and received results once on all of these I’m sorry that is not good enough. Why when you have a company that is an online service it always crashes or there is an issue your infrastructure should be top notch!
