Apologies for the service you received this is not what we would have expected from our staff. I have looked into your account and can see that the last test you took was on 7/1/2022 at 8.15 am and came back as a re-test on 7/1/2022 at 21.26pm.
You would have been sent an email asking you to come back in to get re-tested, I cannot see any further tests.

I have looked at your account and can see that this shows as "waiting" however, the rest of the tested people on the same account have results. This would indicate that the barcode is incorrect and can't be found on our systems, or it may have been lost.
Please double-check the barcode is correct and refresh the page. Please also check your email inbox as I can see that my colleague has reached out to you.

I was initially concerned that I would…
I was initially concerned that I would not receive my results in time as I was flying the next day.
But having taken the test at 16:30 I received my results at 03:00 the next day. The whole process waso quick and efficient with very little fuss.

Could have given some information about the delays by email or text. Not even any apologies.

Some of our sampling sites were closed with short notice due to staff shortages/illness which was something we were not expecting to happen, we therefore had to draught staff in from other sites to keep things running. We apologise that you were waiting in the rain for a long time. This is not the experience that we would expect a customer to have.
