How come I was sold a PCR test that was not valid when I was told it was?

Loacation in Asda car park could have…
Loacation in Asda car park could have been better signposted but your testing operative could not have been more helpful as the purpose of my testing had gone away but we decided to proceed anyway.
it was a 50 minute journey to Wheatley as opposed to Coventry or Birmingham airport as my nearest at 40/45 minutes but only one person in before me so little or no waiting which is a big plus....

Really easy sampling, in the car park of Asda, not signposted but reasonably easy to find. Really quick turnaround of the results.

Still have not received the test…
Still have not received the test result! Still shows 'No Data available on Trust Pilot portal. If this was a 'fit to fly' it would be a disaster. Help desk said there was a 'systems problem' so following advice My husband and I both contacted you via the contact form on your website. Husband now has certificate. I have had no response. Have emailed via reply to husband. Think you have muddled up the serial numbers as his test on the portal gives my serial number.
Would give negative stars if we could!!!

Good price. All very easy.
The test was very reasonably priced. Easy to book. We didn’t have to wait at all when we arrived for our test in a convenient location.
Results arrived well within the 25 hour window.

Test results got mixed up
Overall good experience with the day 2 testing at the walk-in in Wheatley. Three of us got tested in the afternoon and received the three test results next morning. Unfortunately the tests got mixed up and two tests are listed in the same name. This shouldn't be possible and would concern me if we would need the tests for flying! Therefore the low score.

Thanks for your review - I am glad to hear that you had a good experience overall at the testing centre and that your results were ready the next morning.
Customers can purchase more than one test at a time, due to people frequently flying, or needing multiple tests for their journeys/work/events etc.
It seems like there were 2 of the same test types purchased under the one name, we are implementing barriers to place warnings when doing this to avoid these double purchases happening when not intended.
